    Great question!

    Unfortunately, Event Aggregator doesn’t import from Eventbrite, only Eventbrite Tickets connects to Eventbrite.

    So, if you upgrade and you’ve made your changes via template overrides, you should be good to go. πŸ™‚ You may have a few changes to make, but on the whole, nothing will be erased, it just should need some tweaks.

    However, it’s always advisable to backup your site in case you do need to roll back a bit.

    4200 attendees is quite a load for sure! Is this the only case where you’re having issues with the load times for confirmations? Knowing this will help me determine what might be causing the issue. πŸ™‚

    Sorry for the confusion, I’ll clarify:

    Our plugin doesn’t have a minification setting, this would be something within your theme, or possibly a caching plugin if you have one installed. Something in your site is set to minify the CSS, as I can see minified files when I inspect the source code. It could be a Divi setting? Poke around and let me know what you find out. πŸ™‚

    You can also use this conflict testing process to narrow down the culprit in a bit more methodical way if you’d like. πŸ™‚

    Since everything isΒ working with Twenty-Fifteen, I’d suggest reaching out to your theme developer for support with this issue, as we, unfortunately, can’t support theme conflicts on this forum.

    We build our plugins to be compatible with each other, WordPress core’s functionality, and the default WordPress themes, as it would be logistically impossible to test with all theme and plugin configurations within the WP ecosystem. As such, this forum is reserved for troubleshooting issues with our plugins built in features under default conditions, and fielding bug reports.
