ParticipantI have an event with approx 4200 attendees that I am testing and now when I try to purchase more tickets, it takes over 5 minutes before the order received confirmation is displayed. If I purchase a ticket from a different event on the same server with fewer attendees, the checkout time is 10 seconds or so. Is there something you are doing on the back end that pulls the attendee list in order to process an order or something like that which would cause the major slow down on the order confirmation? I have enabled sharing my system information so you can review.

4200 attendees is quite a load for sure! Is this the only case where you’re having issues with the load times for confirmations? Knowing this will help me determine what might be causing the issue. ๐
In the meantime, would you please work through our caching documentation here, and try a few of the suggested techniques to improve load times?

We have WP Rocket already installed on the site for caching performance boost. In order to pull the attendee list, that takes approx. 240s or so, but it does complete. The only issue that I have seen as of right now is the checkout confirmation is super slow…well over a 5 minute wait for any new ticket purchases. If I purchase tickets on another event on the same server, that only has a few attendees, it comes back in around 10 seconds.
