This sounds like it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Could you please go through the steps hereΒ to test for a conflict and let me know what you find out? Then we’ll go from there!

I think this may have to do with the minification of CSS you have enabled. Could you try disabling it, and let me know if that resolves this issue?

You’ll need to make sure you go to the account area hereΒ and ensure that you’re downloading the package labelled, “Events Calendar PRO,” under the heading, “Premium Plugins.”
You can install the plugin by going to your WP Admin dashboard, and choosing “Plugins>Add New>Upload Plugin” You don’t have to install it via FTP. π There’s more on the process of installing it here in the new user primer.
If you’ve been through this process, and you’re still having issues with your licensing, we handle licensing issues via email, and you can get in touch via the form here, by selecting “trouble accessing my account” from the drop down. π

I want to make sure I’m understanding exactly what you’re asking for, could you possibly send me some screenshots denoting the changes you want to make? This will help me give you better guidance in this matter if I understand the application of your request more directly (plus I’m a visual person).
In the meantime, I think you may find our Themer’s Guide and our Filter Bar new user primerΒ helpful for the types of changes you’re trying to make. π Once I hear back from you, hopefully I can give you more specific resources.

Unfortunately, this information was taken down because it’s not compatible with the current versions of our plugins. We also don’t have any substitutes for the solutions Josh offered here at this time. I’d highly suggest reaching out to a developer to implement a change like this.

Thanks for clarifying. While that’s not a built in option, I think some of our users have had success with using this plugin for user notifications. Otherwise, you could contract with a developer to build in this functionality, and we have some resources for finding help like that here. π
