I have purchased the Events Calendar Pro and have installed and updated but now some of my users do not see the organizer and venue boxes on the event pages. See screenshot.

This sounds like it may be a theme or plugin conflict. Could you please go through the steps hereto test for a conflict and let me know what you find out? Then we’ll go from there!
