ParticipantHi again Patrick,
Thanks for clarifying! In this case, you’ll just have to reference the WordPress post author. There is some good information about doing this in the WordPress codex. π
Let me know how this goes!

ParticipantHi again George,
Thanks so much for clarifying!
So, right now on your site, I’m not able to advance to the next month on your widget. Did you make any recent changes that might be causing conflicts? You can test for conflicts using this documentation here. π

July 3, 2017 at 1:15 pm in reply to: Need to add website to license key and there is no option to do it. #1315607Shelby
ParticipantHi there,
I’m happy to help! π
You’ll just need to download the plugins from your dashboard and upload them to the new site. The license keys are now baked into the plugin code, so that should do the trick!
Please let me know if you have any follow up questions or need clarification on this.

ParticipantHi Cesar,
Thanks for posting, I’m happy to help. π
- The link you posted redirects me to your general Events page. Can you repost an active link Β for me?
- Can you verify that you’ve deactivated all plugins except ours as a troubleshooting step?
- Finally, can you activate the WP debug function and let me know what kind of errors you see?
This information will help me to better assist you. π
Cheers,

July 3, 2017 at 12:41 pm in reply to: List of ALL fields that I can import from Facebook with Event Aggregator #1315587Shelby
ParticipantHi Cesar,
I’m happy to help as much as I can. π
While I don’t have a list handy, I’ll ask around and see if I can get that specific information for you.
In the meantime, I think you’ll find the New User Primer for Events Aggregator helpful. And for your second request, you can find a CSV file example here in this knowledgebase article. π
Let me know if you have any follow up questions about this. π

I’m not sure I totally understand what is happening on your site. Could you possibly clarify for me by doing the following?
- Send me a link to your site so I can see this for myself?
- Please list step by step instructions for replicating this issue.
- Finally, can you please test for plugin and theme conflicts by following this documentation?
Let me know about these, and I’ll help you resolve things form there!

July 3, 2017 at 12:22 pm in reply to: Migrating from Woocommerce Tickets to Event Tickets & Deposit Compatability #1315581Shelby
ParticipantHi there Chris,
I’m happy to help here!
- Yes, you will eventually have to switch to Event Tickets Plus if you’d like to keep updating Events Calendar PRO.
- WooCommerce plugins SHOULD still work, as long as they are official WooCommerce plugins, yes, and if they don’t, WooCommerce will be able to support you on them.
- Though I can’t say for certain, you likely WILL run into issues eventually by not upgrading/migrating. If for no other reason than the fact that a lot of our updates prevent security risks by staying up to date on current coding standards.
Generally, I think it may be helpful for you to check out this guide for moving from our old commerce plugins (like WooTickets) to Event Tickets Plus. π
Please let me know if you have any further questions!
Best,

ParticipantHi there Lorraine,
Thanks for posting, I’m happy to help as much as I can! I’ll be responding to your concerns inline below to make sure I don’t miss anything:
OK I went to the license setting page, the license was instantly verified. Thatβs not very good!
I’m not sure exactly what you mean, could you explain this a bit further and what exactly is “not very good” and why? However when I upgraded the software, as per other reports, Events Calendar Pro was deactivated.
Would you please turn on WP debugging and let me know if you get any error messages?
the licensing βsystemβ is not at all good for WPML users. At least make the business package up to 4 licenses so that we can have 2 sites of WPML (2 licenses per site where different domain per language is used) rather than having to spread a site across two keys.
I think you may also find this article about live and dev sites may have application toward using the same license on one site. π
I’m more than happy to help you work through this. Thanks for hanging in there!
Best,
