MemberHey Andy,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
You will be able to achieve what you want by adding the following snippet in your theme’s functions.php file:
https://gist.github.com/nefeline/78246d43adcd1b90a31eafb5a5e17cbe
Please note that this code sets the organizer’s name, e-mail and phone as required fields.
I hope this helps!
Let us know if you need anything else and I’ll be happy to assist.
Cheers,

MemberHey Kevin,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing.
Yesterday we released a hotfix for a set of user interface breakages (for some of our users datepickers and other selectors were not functioning correctly).
Can you please update the plugin to 4.5.10.1 and check if your problem is solved after that?
If the issue persists after the plugin update, please let us know and we will be glad to further investigate your case.

Patricia

MemberHi Lisianne,
Thank you for sharing your findings with us! Can you please let me know if you are using the free or the paid version of Relevanssi?
I wasn’t able to replicate the conflict in my own website while having Relevanssi 3.5.12 installed and setup. Everything worked as expected: I am able to import from Google Calendar.
Can you please let us know if you have further information about the steps to recreate the conflict? It would be very helpful to find the cause of the issue.
Thanks!
Patricia

Can you please access your Dashboard and head over to Settings -> Permalinks for a permalink flush? (no need to change anything, just visit the permalinks page: WordPress will automatically flush your permalinks once you visit it).
After that, please try to access your recurring events again. If the issue persists after the permalink flush, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!

Thank you for reaching out to us!
To migrate your events from one calendar/site to another, you can use the WordPress Import and Export tools.
Regarding your second question, you can use one license key for both your live and dev sites. You will find further information about this here.
I hope this helps!
Let me know if you need anything else and Iโll be happy to assist ?

Thank you for reaching out to us!
When you move your events to trash, they are placed in the “Ignored” tab.
Please access your Dashboard, head over to Events and click on “Ignored” to see (and restore) your events.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else in the mean time and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHey @postmm,
Thanks for reaching out! Iโm sorry to hear youโre running into this issue as well. This is a known issue with the latest update of The Events Calendar (4.5.10). It is going to be fixed in the next maintenance release, but in the meantime, you can downgrade to the previous version (4.5.9) by following these instructions or edit the 4.5.10 version to add in the fix. If you would like to go this route, you can make these changes to the wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/src/Tribe/Assets.php file.
Please let me know if you need any help with either of these options! Iโm linking this thread to our internal ticket, so as soon as the permanent fix is released, you will be notified here. I do apologize for the inconvenience, and please let me know if you have any questions!
Regards,
Patricia
