MemberHey Tom,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
We unfortunately donβt have the necessary experience to help you with this specific query.
A piece of advice I can give you, is to make sure that “tribe_events” is not excluded from search by default. If the event custom post type is being excluded, head over to “Relevanssi -> Exclusions and restrictions -> Respect exclude_from_search for custom post types” and uncheck the box.
Also, I would recommend you posting this same question to the Relevanssi folks to see if they have any insight on how to setup this custom query.
I wish you the best of luck with your searching! Let me know if you need anything else in the mean time and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHi Doug,
Thank you for sharing your debug.log with us!
Unfortunately these PHP notices are not very helpful. They are associated with one of your active plugins: banner-upload, but I don’t think they have something to do with the 500 internal server error you are experiencing. Can you please confirm that you accessed your community events submission page and got the 500 internal server error while having debug enabled?
Also, can you please go through our Testing for Conflicts Guide to determine if a plugin or theme conflict is happening and find out what is causing it? Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available on Dashboard Β» Updates.
Regarding your question about the licenses, as I can see from here they are valid, but please send us a screenshot with the message you are seeing and I’ll forward your question to our concerned team.
Let me know your test results and I’ll be happy to further investigate if necessary!
Regards,
Patricia

MemberHi Shane,
Thank you for sending us further information on this!
The best/simplest way to solve this timeout issue is by increasing the max_execution_time in php.ini (the default value is 30 seconds):
max_execution_time = 60If increasing the max_execution_time to 1 minute is still not enough, you can adjust/increase it more to ensure that the server will have time to process your requests before it hangs.
I hope this helps!

MemberHi Ross,
Thank you for sending me this screenshot, it was very helpful to find the solution for this issue.
Please add the following code in the end of your theme’s style.css file:
.tribe-bar-disabled {
z-index: 1 !important;
}Your menu should display properly while having this code in place.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else in the mean time.

MemberHi Shane,
Can you please specify which settings you want to import to your dev site that are not migrating using our proposed method?
Regarding the problem with the Filter Bar license, if you are unable to use the same license on both sites, download the latest release candidate for Filter Bar (from your downloads section), install/activate it in your dev site and just ignore the messages.
