MemberHi Todd,
I’m sorry to know you are still having problems to associate the images to your events.
I would suggest you to:
1- Make sure that the images actually exist in the origin server;
2- Make sure that you are selecting the correct option “Event Featured Image” while previewing the CSV file (before importing the events).I’m setting this ticket as Pending Fix so you will be notified as soon as we have a fix for the “Show Google Maps Link” and “Show Map” import options.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the mean time and I’ll be happy to assist!
Best Regards,
Patricia

MemberHey @wheelzeventzdev,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing, let me help you to solve it!
I’ve ran some tests on different websites and couldn’t reproduce the problem: the visual editor is working as expected in the Community Events submission form.
Can you please Clear/Purge your site’s cache (and your browser cache as well) and check if everything works as expected after that?
If the issue persists, please let us know and we will be glad to further investigate your case.
Best Regards,
Patricia

As I can see from here this PHP Fatal Error is associated with one of your active plugins mojo-marketplace-wp-plugin, so I would suggest you to temporarily disable it and check if the problem is solved after that.
While we’re not able to guarantee compatibility with any specific third-party WordPress themes or plugins, we do develop our plugins in accordance with strict WordPress.org standards, and you’ll typically find that our products work great with products developed to the same standards.
If disabling this specific plugin doesn’t help you to solve the problem, I would suggest you to make sure that all of your plugins are up to date and run our Conflicts Test to verify if there’s other plugin or theme conflict causing the problem.
You can start the test by temporarily changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and deactivating all of your plugins (except Modern Tribe plugins) and let us know if the issue persists after that.
Please share with us your test results. If you need anything else in the mean time, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!
Best regards,
Patricia

MemberHi Carrie,
One more thing! Since you can’t access your Dashboard at this moment, I would suggest you to contact your hosting provider to help you to restore the access.
If necessary, you can update your plugins manually by following the instructions mentioned here:
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you need anything else in the mean time and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHey Carrie,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. I haven’t seen this issue reported before so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If the issue persists, I would suggest you to run a Conflicts Test to verify if there’s a plugin or theme conflict causing the problem.

MemberHi Nancy,
That’s odd! This template override shouldn’t affect your month view calendar or the styling of your search bar.
Did you update your WordPress core to 4.8.2? We recently released a Hotfix (The Events Calendar 4.5.12.3) to solve an issue related to the display of events in the default Month View with WordPress 4.8.2.
Can you please update The Events Calendar and let me know if the problem is solved after that?
If for some reason the issue persists, please send me your theme files via Google Drive or Drop Box (in a private reply) so I can further investigate your case.
Thanks!
Patricia

You can use the same snippet, no problem at all, it was built based on Events Calendar PRO version 4.4.17.
I hope this helps to solve your problem! Let me know your test results.

The Events Calendar can handle large numbers of events and work well even in very high traffic websites. However, it is important to understand that performance is dependent on many environmental factors that the plugin itself is often unable to manage automatically.
You will find further information about caching and performance optimization in the following article:
I hope this helps you get started. Let me know if you need anything else in the mean time and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHey Chris,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
You can achieve what you want by hiding your address via CSS. Please add the following code in your theme’s style.css file:
.tribe-address { display: none !important; }I hope this helps! Let me know if you ghave any other questions and I’ll be happy to assist!

As I can see from here, there are a number of 403 forbidden errors in your week view calendar. These errors are associated with two plugins: custom-facebook-feed-pro and wp-funeral-press.
To get started I would suggest you to:
1- Clear your site’s cache and clear your browser cache as well.
2- Temporarily disable the aforementioned plugins and check if everything works as expected after that.
3- If none of these options help to solve your problem, please make sure that all of your plugins are up to date and run our Conflicts Test to verify if there’s a plugin or theme conflict causing the problem.
You can start the test by temporarily changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and deactivating all of your plugins (except Modern Tribe plugins) and let us know if the issue persists after that.
