MemberHi Brian,
I’m sorry to hear that you are still having problems to import your events.
Before we proceed, could you please make sure that all of your plugins are up-to-date?
Also, can you please let is know when this issue started happening? Have you just installed The Events Calendar/Events Aggregator for the first time and found this problem? Have you had the plugin installed for a long time and then this suddenly started happening out of nowhere? Any information you can provide on the history of how this used to not happen up to now when it is happening can be helpful!
Thanks!

January 17, 2018 at 5:48 pm in reply to: Do the organizer and venue details get overwritten when updating feeds? #1429097Patricia
MemberHi there,
The option you choose on Event Update Authority affects events, venues and organizers.
I’ve just ran a quick test (with events, venues and organizers imported from Facebook) and I can confirm that this option is working as expected.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Thanks

MemberHi Fabiana,
It’s certainly possible, but remains something that we do not support “out of the box”: some amount of custom dev work would be required to make this happen.
I would recommend proposing this feature in our User Voice page to let us know.
Other users can then up-vote it, giving us a great idea of how much demand there might be (or, if you can find a suitable existing request, you can in turn up-vote that).
Thanks!

Yes, it’s possible! Could you please add the following snippet in the end of your theme’s functions.php file and let me know if everything works as expected after this change?

MemberHey Fabiana,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Regarding your first request, could you please be more specific on what do you mean by setting a traffic light?
Regarding your second question, you can hide the number of available tickets by adding the following code in your theme’s style.css file:
.tribe-events-tickets .tribe-tickets-remaining { display: none !important; }I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else and I’ll be happy to assist!
Best Regards,

MemberHey Cristobal,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
The days of the week and month names are translated by the WordPress core (The Events Calendar simply uses wp_locale to handle this).
Have you tried to update your WordPress language to Galician? To change your WordPress language, please navigate to Settings > General > Site Language and select from the list of available languages.
Does it help you to solve the problem? If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

MemberHey there,
Thank you for reaching out to us! We don’t have a shortcode specific for tickets, but you can move your ticket and RSVP forms to a specific place in your page by following the steps explained in this article:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-rsvp-ticket-forms/
Does it help you to solve your problem? If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us! Could you please try to import the events from facebook.com/buckrailnews one more time?
I’ve just ran a quick test from here and everything is working as expected: I was able to import all events from this URL. If the issue persists, please make sure that all of your plugins are up-to-date.
Also, please access the Events > Settings > APIs tab and under Facebook click the “Refresh your connection with Facebook” button to see if it changes anything.
If that doesn’t help you to solve the problem either, I would suggest you to click on “Disconnect” and after that reconnect to Facebook again.
Thanks!

MemberHi there,
It’s certainly possible, but the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues. We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customizations like this one. We do have a list of recommended developers who could help you out with the code if necessary.
To help you get started, the shortcode simply wraps up the output of the advanced list widget and lets you embed it easily inside posts and pages – so the steps for customizing it are identical to customizing the list widget itself.
Our Themer’s Guide goes into more detail about the process and the following is the path to the source template you’ll most likely base your custom template on:
events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/widgets/modules/single-event.php
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHi Terri,
I hope you’re having a good week/day. Firstly, I’d like to apologize for the delay in response. Thank you for your patience all this while! It’s been really busy in the forums lately, and we’re doing our best to adhere to our Scope of Support / Terms for you and everyone else.
Answering to your question: I’m afraid is not possible to achieve what you want by defaut. Perhaps you could customize your checkout button link in the Ticket Bundle product so when your customer clicks on it, she’s redirected to a chart with all 3 tickets included and a discounted price (pretty much the same thing we have in our own site, on https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/).
I didn’t test it, but perhaps the following plugin is what you are looking for to achieve this:
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I hope you’re having a good week/day. Firstly, I’d like to apologize for the delay in response. Thank you for your patience all this while! It’s been really busy in the forums lately, and we’re doing our best to adhere to our Scope of Support / Terms for you and everyone else.
Could you please confirm what is the widget you want to modify? Is it the list of events below the Mini Calendar Widget or the List Widget itself? Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues, but this sounds like a simple customization we may be able to help you 🙂
Thanks!
