ParticipantI am using WooCommerce and Event Tickets Plus to take online reservations for classes at my studio. I am able to accept 20 people in each class. I offer a class series for a set amount, or alternatively, users can sign up to take the classes included in the series individually at a slightly higher cost. I would like to be able to have the two products listed separately on my website: the series and the individual classes in that series. That way, people can sign up for what they wish without any need for a manual entry on my part. However, I want to be able to limit registration in each class to 20 people. Can I get the enrollment limit for two different Event Tickets Plus events to synchronize with each other?
Thank you.

MemberHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I believe that the shared capacity is the feature you are looking for. This feature allows you to sell multiple tickets that all come out of one pool of stock. You will find more info about this here:
In your specific case, perhaps you can create a ticket bundle with a reduced price for your event series and unique tickets (with a higher price) for single classes, both sharing the same global stock.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to assist!
Best Regards,
Patricia

ParticipantPatricia,
I have a ticket bundle (class series) that includes three different unique tickets (individual classes in the series). Each ticket in the ticket bundle is offered on separate dates. People can register for a single unique ticket for $65 or for the ticket bundle (all three classes) for the discounted rate of $180. For each unique ticket, however, I can accommodate only 20 people. It sounds like your suggestion below would work if all the unique tickets (i.e., classes) were at the same time on the same date. However, my unique tickets are on separate dates. Is there a way to limit enrollment in each individual unique ticket (i.e., class) included in the ticket bundle (i.e., series) while still sharing capacity between the individual tickets and the ticket bundle?
So if Unique Ticket 1 is a class on Baking, Unique Ticket 2 is on Roasting, and Unique Ticket 3 is on Grilling, I want to share capacity with the Ticket Bundle so that 20 people can register for Unique Ticket 1, 20 for Unique Ticket 2, and 20 people for Unique Ticket 3. However, I want to share capacity for each class with the Ticket Bundle, allowing people to sign up for an individual class or for the series while limiting enrollment to 20 in any given class.
Thank you.

MemberHi Terri,
I hope you’re having a good week/day. Firstly, I’d like to apologize for the delay in response. Thank you for your patience all this while! It’s been really busy in the forums lately, and we’re doing our best to adhere to our Scope of Support / Terms for you and everyone else.
Answering to your question: I’m afraid is not possible to achieve what you want by defaut. Perhaps you could customize your checkout button link in the Ticket Bundle product so when your customer clicks on it, she’s redirected to a chart with all 3 tickets included and a discounted price (pretty much the same thing we have in our own site, on https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/).
I didn’t test it, but perhaps the following plugin is what you are looking for to achieve this:
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia
