Not able to import events from my facebook page.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us! Could you please try to import the events from facebook.com/buckrailnews one more time?

I’ve just ran a quick test from here and everything is working as expected: I was able to import all events from this URL. If the issue persists, please make sure that all of your plugins are up-to-date.

Also, please access the Events > Settings > APIs tab and under Facebook click the “Refresh your connection with Facebook” button to see if it changes anything.

If that doesn’t help you to solve the problem either, I would suggest you to click on “Disconnect” and after that reconnect to Facebook again.

It looks like it is importing all events – I got 45 – but the first 35 or
so are null events / empty

I also tried to import events from several other pages – and they all
returned a bunch of null events at the start –

I tried all the recommendations you had as well.

Hi Brian,

I’m sorry to hear that you are still having problems to import your events.

Before we proceed, could you please make sure that all of your plugins are up-to-date?

Also, can you please let is know when this issue started happening? Have you just installed The Events Calendar/Events Aggregator for the first time and found this problem? Have you had the plugin installed for a long time and then this suddenly started happening out of nowhere? Any information you can provide on the history of how this used to not happen up to now when it is happening can be helpful!
