MemberHey Mario,
Thank you for reaching out to us! Yes, it is possible to allow community organizers to upload images to their tickets. Please access your Dashboard and head over to Events > Settings > Community > Community Tickets and check the “Enable ticket images” option.
Regarding your second question, there’s no limitation regarding the number of custom/additional fields you can have in your events or tickets.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

MemberHey Arend,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Sometimes new licenses or license renewals take longer than expected to register with our servers. Therefore, my guess is that your license should work by now.
Please give it another try now and let me know how it goes. If the issues persists I’ll be glad to further investigate your case!
Regarding your second question: it is possible to move your license key from one site to another by following the steps explained in this article:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHey Ralf,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m so sorry to hear that you are having problems with Community Events. Let me help you to solve this!
To get started, could you please access the CE submission form via Dashboard (from Events > Community: Submit event), and let me know if it leads to the same page as your front-end link? Sometimes a translation inconsistency can cause the issue you are experiencing.
Thanks!

MemberHi Denise,
Thanks for your confirmation and I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with your scheduled imports again =/
Could you please send me a screenshot of your Event Aggregator System Status (on Events > Help) and also let me know how many scheduled imports you are running right now and what’s their frequency so I can add this info to our internal bug report?
Thanks!

MemberHi Valerio,
I hope you’re having a good week/day. Firstly, I’d like to apologize for the delay in response. It’s been really busy in the forums lately, and we’re doing our best to adhere to our Scope of Support / Terms for you and everyone else.
I’ve just accessed your site and can confirm that this is a bug. You’re the first person to report this, so thank you!
I’ve added the issue to our internal bug report. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now, but the good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a solution is available.
Thank you for your patience and understanding and if you have any other questions in the meantime, please let me know!
Best Regards,
Patricia

MemberHi Pam,
Regarding your first request: you can open gcal in a new tab by adding the following snippet in your theme’s functions.php file without the PHP opening tag:
https://gist.github.com/nefeline/6b99a2517c86e5e71bdf0dbbd7c03163
Regarding the question about the notes section, it’s certainly possible to modify that, but it would require a customization that is out of the scope of our support.
We do have a list of recommended developers who could help you out with the code if necessary:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHi Marcus,
Thanks for your confirmation! This error can be caused by a slug setting: could you please access your Dashboard, head over to Events > Settings > General Settings and make sure that the “Events URL slug” is different from the “Single event URL slug”? The first should ideally be plural, and the second singular (for example: classes and class).
If you verify that both slugs are the same, please update both, save, access the permalinks page to flush them and purge your site cache again. Does it help you to solve the problem?
Thanks!

MemberHey Marcus,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’ve just accessed your site and it looks like this is a caching issue. From your system info I see you have Autoptimize installed: could you please purge your site’s cache and let us know if the problem is solved after that?
Thanks!

MemberHey Neil,
Thanks for your suggestion! I agree with you: this is a great feature to add to Event Tickets Plus in the future! I would recommend proposing this in our User Voice page to let us know. Other users can then up-vote it, giving us a great idea of how much demand there might be (or, if you can find a suitable existing request, you can in turn up-vote that).
If you have any other questions, please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Regards,
Patricia

MemberHi there,
Welcome back! I’m really sorry to hear that you are having problems with your daily import limit!
Unfortunately we had a glitch in our EA server during the weekend that was already fixed. Could you please let me know if this issue with the daily import limit being set to 1 initiated during/after the weekend or was it already happening last week? Is the issue still happening right now?
Thanks for your patience and if you have any other questions, please let me know and I’ll be happy to assist!
Best Regards,
Patricia
