ParticipantI have tried your 404 error page.
I have tried the permalinks fix – it’s not that.
I have tried the conflicts option (I swopped your theme for a vanilla one – same issue. I disabled all other plugins besides the calendar one – same issue)
I have updated to the latest version and resubscribed to the PRO support.
I have checked that the address is not asking for a Media file rather than the event. What do i need to do next to fix the issue?

MemberHey Marcus,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’ve just accessed your site and it looks like this is a caching issue. From your system info I see you have Autoptimize installed: could you please purge your site’s cache and let us know if the problem is solved after that?
Thanks!

Participanti thought this. I so i cleared the cache in Autoptimise and WP Fastest Cache. Retried and same issue. So i deactivated both as well and still have the same issue.

MemberHi Marcus,
Thanks for your confirmation! This error can be caused by a slug setting: could you please access your Dashboard, head over to Events > Settings > General Settings and make sure that the “Events URL slug” is different from the “Single event URL slug”? The first should ideally be plural, and the second singular (for example: classes and class).
If you verify that both slugs are the same, please update both, save, access the permalinks page to flush them and purge your site cache again. Does it help you to solve the problem?
Thanks!
Patricia

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
