    Hi Denise,

    Welcome back! I’m really sorry to hear that you are having problems with your daily import limit!

    Unfortunately we had a glitch in our EA server during the weekend that was already fixed. Could you please let me know if this issue with the daily import limit being set to 1 initiated during/after the weekend or was it already happening last week? Is the issue still happening right now?

    Thanks for your confirmation and I’m sorry you are being affected by this bug! I’ve added this ticket to our internal bug report.

    The good new is: we are planning to release a fix this week (probably today!).You will be contacted as soon as a solution is available.

    I’ve just accessed your site and it looks like the event you mentioned (Indo expo) is only missing from Map View calendar. Could you please confirm that you see the same?

    If you verify that events are missing only from Map view calendar, you are unfortunately being affected by a bug =/

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    I believe that what you are asking for is related to Community Events submission form and not Events Calendar PRO, is that correct? Please let me know if I misunderstood your request. Unfortunately we don’t have out-of-the-box a shortcode for community events submission form. I would recommend proposing this feature in our User Voice page to let us know. Other users can then up-vote it, giving us a great idea of how much demand there might be (or, if you can find a suitable existing request, you can in turn up-vote that).

    Regarding your second question about customization: You can use template overrides to edit the Community Events submission form. You can copy the default templates from the-events-calendar-community-events/src/views/community/modules, paste them in [your-theme]/tribe-events/community/modules/title.php and modify as necessary. You will find mor info about this in our Themer’s Guide.

    To get started, could you please access your Dashboard and head over to Settings -> Permalinks for a permalink flush? (no need to change anything, just visit the permalinks page: WordPress will automatically flush your permalinks once you visit it). Be sure to clear your site cache and browser cache after this change.

Have you had the plugin installed for a long time and then this suddenly started happening out of nowhere? Any information you can provide on the history of how this used to not happen up to now when it is happening can be helpful!

    Also, could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see while accessing your Dashboard? All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content.

    I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems with your license key, let me help you to solve this!

    You have a valid and active license key for Event Tickets Plus (ET+) as I can see from here. To get started, could you please confirm that you added your license key for ET+ in the correct field (screenshot here)? If you accidentally added it to a wrong product, that’s probably the cause of the issue. In this case you can just remove it from Events Aggregator and this message won’t show up again.

    I’ve ran some tests and couldn’t reproduce the error with all Modern Tribe plugins installed and up-to-date.

    To get started, can you please let is know when this issue started happening? Have you just installed Event Tickets Plus for the first time and found this problem?     Also, could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see while creating new events and tickets? All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content.

    I would also recommend you to open up your browser’s console and see if there are any relevant errors while creating new events and tickets. Identifying a specific error can help us research further.

    You are welcome! Answering your question: you will find the hooks that we use to implement Additional Fields in: events-calendar-pro/src/Tribe/Custom_Meta.php

    You can check this file and use it as a starting point to create your own custom fields. You can also override the Single Event Meta (additional fields) template by copying the content from events-calendar-pro/views/pro/modules/meta/additional-fields.php, pasting it to [your-theme]/tribe-events/pro/modules/meta/additional-fields.php and modifying as necessary. You will find more info about Template Overrides in our Themer’s Guide.
