MemberHi Colin,
Could you please let me know if you have or had the following extension enabled in your site in the past?
If you do, please follow these steps and let me know if the problem is solved after that:
- Install and activate the tribe-ext-main-blog-loop extension.
- Go to Events > Settings, disable/uncheck the “Include events in main blog loop” checkbox and press the Save button
- Access your site’s homepage and check if the events are being correctly displayed.
Thanks!

MemberHi there,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
As I can see from here you have our old legacy ticket plugin still installed and activated in your site. Please disable “The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets” and let me know if everything works as expected after that.
If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

MemberHey Timothy,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Apparently you renewed license keys that are not linked to your account (because they were originally purchased by your developer) and that’s the reason why they are not working as expected right now.
Could you please send us an email at support (at) theeventscalendar (dot) com? Our license experts will be able help you to solve this problem as soon as possible!
If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can.
Cheers,
Patricia

MemberHey Chrissanne,

Our Event Aggregator addon will help you to achieve what you want! It allows you to run imports from multiple sources, including events from Facebook, Meetup, Google Calendar, iCalendar, and other URLs. Automatic imports can be scheduled to run behind the scenes or you can manually import them when you’re ready.
You will find more information in the following link:
https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/
To import events directly from your Eventbrite.com account into your WordPress site you can use the Eventbrite Tickets extension. You’ll find more information about it in the following link:
https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-eventbrite-tickets/
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

Our Filter Bar add-on will help you to achieve what you want. With this plugin users can search for events by Event Category, post tag, venue, organizer, day of the week, time of day, and price. You will find more information in the following link:
https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-filterbar/
Regarding the extension, I’ve ran some tests and it is working as expected in my local WordPress install so I would recommend you to run a conflicts test to identify the cause of the issue in your case.
Also, please note that we are unfortunately unable to provide support through our Pre-Sales forum channel, but you can head over to The Events Calendar WordPress.org support forums for assistance and answers.
If you have a PRO license, you can log into your account and get assistance through the PRO forums. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here. This will send an email to the account used when you initially registered for the support forums.
Have a good day!
Best regards,
Patricia

MemberHey Isoris,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
You can customize the email with a template override or by using the filters we have available. The original template for the email with the purchased tickets is on:
event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php
You can override this template in your own theme by creating a file at [your-theme]/tribe-events/tickets/email.php
You can use our Themer’s guide for detailed info > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHey Michael,
Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems to export your attendees list. Let me help you to solve this!
To get started, please temporarily enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see while exporting your attendees. All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content.
The information in this log will help us to narrow down the cause of issue.
Thanks!

I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems to import your events from Facebook. Let me help you to solve this!
To get started, please access the Events > Settings > APIs tab and under Facebook click the “Refresh your connection with Facebook” button to see if it changes anything.
If the issue persists, I would suggest you to click on “Disconnect” and after that reconnect to Facebook again.
Also, could you please access your Dashboard, head over to Events > Help and share a screenshot of the Event Aggregator System Status? Do you see any errors in there?
Thanks!

MemberHey Matt,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’ve created a couple of venues in my local install but wasn’t able to reproduce the issue you are experiencing.
To get started, please make sure that all of your plugins are up-to-date. If the issue persists after updating the plugins, I would also recommend you to run a Conflicts Test. You can start the test by temporarily deactivating all of your plugins (except Modern Tribe plugins) and changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and let us know if the problem is solved after that (don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything).
Please run the test and let me know the results. If you have any other questions in the meantime, please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

I’ve ran some tests in my local install and wasn’t able to reproduce the issue. I believe that there’s a js conflict causing the issue you are experiencing.
To get started, could you please open up your browser’s console and let us know if you see any relevant errors?
