MemberHey David,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
To get started, could you please head over to Events > Settings > Imports > Global Import Settings and make sure that the Import Date Range Limit is set to somewhere far in the future like one/two or three months? If you have this option set to a couple of hours or weeks, that’s probably the reason why your future events are not being imported.
If that’s not the cause of the problem in your case, please access the Events > Settings > APIs tab and under Facebook click the “Refresh your connection with Facebook” button to see if it changes anything. If the issue persists, I would suggest you to click on “Disconnect” and after that reconnect to Facebook again.
Thanks!
Patricia

MemberHey Sarah,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
As I can see from here you have Woocommerce enabled in your site to sell the tickets so to get started, I would recommend you to head over to Woocommerce > Settings and check if the “Enable Taxes” option is enabled. Also, please make sure that you don’t have the option to exclude taxes when displaying the price enabled. You’ll find more info about these settings in the following article:
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!
Cheers,
Patricia

MemberHey Paul,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
To get started, could you please head over to Events > Settings > General Settings and make sure that you don’t have the “Recurring event instances” option checked/enabled?
If enabled, this option will show only the first instance of each recurring event.
Thanks!

MemberHey Charlotte and Luke,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
I’ve ran a test and disconnected the Facebook Token from my own local install and reconnected again: everything is working as expected, I couldn’t reproduce the issue you are experiencing from here.
To get started, could you please make sure that you are not trying to connect to Facebook while having a Privacy Badger extension enabled in your browser?
Also, could you please let us know what happens when you try to connect to Facebook using an incognito window?
Thanks!

MemberHey Chris,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Based on the first error I see in your screenshot: “You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page.” , I believe that your theme or one of your active plugins is conflicting with Events Calendar PRO and calling the map scripts more than once.
To get started, I would recommend you to disable all other plugins and revert to a default theme such as Twenty Seventeen. If this eliminates the problem, try reactivating everything one at a time – testing at each stage to see if the problem comes back. That way you should be able to isolate any conflicts to one or more plugins (or your theme), which might get us on track to solving this. You will find more information about the Conflicts Test in the following article:
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime and I’ll be happy to assist!

MemberHi Colin,
Thanks for your confirmation and my apologies for the delayed response. We have maintenance releases running every two weeks to address issues reported to us in the support forums and we prioritize the fixes based on the number of users affected by the bug and severity. This specific bug was selected to be part of our current maintenance release (that initiated last week), that’s the reason why you didn’t receive any updates earlier. I’m sorry if I wasn’t clear about this in my previous responses.
During last week we also had a delay in the process because on one else on the team was able to reproduce the issue until we identified a database error that pointed us to the right direction: the “Include events in main blog loop” option.
Unfortunately disabling this option is not a definitive solution to the problem: it’s just one more workaround available, in addition to the one we already provided earlier in this thread: (downgrading The Events Calendar to version 4.6.8). Now that we know the cause of the issue, we can start working on a solution that is expected to be released soon.
We apologize again for any frustrations this problem may have caused. You will be contacted as soon as a solution is available.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.
Best Regards,
Patricia

MemberHey Alyson,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
As I can see from here you are using Enfold and we have other customers reporting the same error/conflict while having this theme enabled.
The Kriesi team provided a temporary solution/workaround to the problem: could you please tell me if this helps solve the problem in your case?
Creating an event including tickets and publishing gives -1 on new page
Error saving event – Events Calendar Pro + Event Tickets Pro
Thanks!

MemberHey Barry,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
To get started, could you please access your Dashboard and head over to Settings -> Permalinks for a permalink flush (no need to change anything, just visit the permalinks page: WordPress will automatically flush your permalinks once you visit it)? Be sure to clear your site cache and browser cache after this change.
Does it help you to solve the problem? If the issue persists, please let me know and I’ll be happy to help you with the next steps!
Best Regards,
