Urgent !! events not updating shows -1 and support tickets have disappeared

HI
I have no support tickets showing up in my support ticket area. plus i have many from the past and it shows empty. but i have submitted 2 recently.

IMPORTANT.
I am unable to update or make changes to any events. when i change or update an event, after clicking on publish or update i am shown a blank screen with a -1
can you tell me why this would happen ?

As I can see from here you are using Enfold and we have other customers reporting the same error/conflict while having this theme enabled.

The Kriesi team provided a temporary solution/workaround to the problem: could you please tell me if this helps solve the problem in your case?

Creating an event including tickets and publishing gives -1 on new page
