    I renewed my license on January 6, 2018 but am getting the following message
    It looks like you’re using Event Tickets Plus, but the license key is invalid. Please download the latest version from your account.
    You can always check the status of your licenses by logging in to your account on theeventscalendar.com.

    and then when I deactivate and reinstall I get:
    You are using Event Tickets Plus but your license key is out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one.

    Renews on: Jan 6th, 2019

    This happened earlier in the month and I deleted the folders and it worked. Am discouraged this is happening again. When I log in to events calendar it shows my license is expired.

    Please remove the second (old/expired) license key for Event Tickets Plus.
