MemberHey Sebastian,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
The Tickets Email template is the same for both RSVPs and Tickets purchased via your e-commerce. You can customize it with a template override or by using the filters we have available. The original template for the email is on:
event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php
This file is included by the generate_tickets_email_content method on event-tickets/src/Tribe/Tickets.php
You can override this template in your own theme by creating a file at [your-theme]/tribe-events/tickets/email.php
You can use our Themer’s guide for more info > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

You can add the following in your theme’s style.css file to remove the Export Events button in Month and List views:

MemberHi there,

Great questions! Yes, with Community Tickets your users can create new RSVPs and Event organizers can view attendee details for each of their events and use check-in tools to manage guests. They will also be able to export their Attendees list in .csv format. You will find more information in the following article:

It’s not possible to achieve what you want out-of-the-box, but as a workaround, you can create the more expensive “day-of-the-show” ticket with the sales starting today, but with it’s individual capacity set to zero.
You can then hide the “Out of stock!” message that automatically shows up on the front-end of the site via CSS and update it’s capacity with the correct number only on the day of the event, allowing users to purchase it.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHey Stephen,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
It’s certainly possible, but remains something that we do not support “out of the box”: some amount of custom dev work would be required to make this happen.
I would recommend up-voting this feature in our User Voice page to give us an idea of how much demand there might be:
We have a customer who recommended using a third-party plugin to achieve what you want, but for Community Events. We didn’t test it, but perhaps this alternative can help you as well:
How to trigger email notifications to the event organiser in Community Events

Yes, you can create RSVPs for your events with Event Tickets. If you want to sell tickets, you can use Event Tickets Plus. You can also set the number of tickets that are available for your event. You’ll find more information about this in the following article:
Eventbrite Tickets unites the power of The Events Calendar with Eventbrite: Events are created on your WordPress site and in your account on Eventbrite.com.

MemberHey Angela,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
To get started, could you please access your Dashboard and head over to Events > Settings > General and make sure that the “Create recurring events in advance for” is set to an interval that corresponds to your needs? The default value is 24 months.
If you have this option correctly configured but the issue persists, please send us your system info. We will be glad to help you with the next steps!
Thanks,
Patricia

MemberHi Renato,
Thanks for sending us the screenshot! Based on your description, I believe you are right: It doesn’t seem that there is a specific option in that area triggering the error, specially because the error persisted even when you used the exact same setup as I did. It looks like there’s some sort of conflict happening and preventing your Map view calendar to display properly.
Before we proceed, could you please make sure that both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are up-to-date? The latest versions are 4.6.12 and 4.4.24.2, respectively.
If the problem persists after the update, could you please temporarily deactivate all of your plugins (except The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO) and change your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen , create a new venue using one of the addresses that are currently not showing up in your map view calendar and let me know if the issue persists after that? Don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything.
Please let me know your test results.
Thanks!
Patricia

If you don’t renew your license key, your calendar will continue to work, but you won’t receive any updates and you won’t be able to post new questions/ask for help in our Premium Forums.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

MemberHey Chris,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
To get started, could you please make sure that your recurring events were created with a setup similar to this one?
Please send me a screenshot of this area if everything is correctly setup and the issue persists.
Thanks

MemberHey Jared,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
To get started, could you please update both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO to latest versions (4.6.12 and 4.4.24.2, respectively)?
After that, please access your Dashboard again and head over to Settings -> Permalinks for a permalink flush (no need to change anything, just visit the permalinks page: WordPress will automatically flush your permalinks once you visit it). Be sure to clear your site cache and browser cache after this change.
Does it help you to solve the problem? If the issue persists, please let me know and I’ll be happy to help you with the next steps.
Cheers,
Patricia
