    When they’re edited their upcoming events are created. How can I fix this, other than telling my customer they have to edit every single recurring event?

    Hey Angela,

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    To get started, could you please access your Dashboard and head over to Events > Settings > General and make sure that the “Create recurring events in advance for” is set to an interval that corresponds to your needs? The default value is 24 months.

    If you have this option correctly configured but the issue persists, please send us your system info. We will be glad to help you with the next steps!
