    Hi Robert,

One more thing I forgot to mention in my previous reply: it may be 24-48 hours (during the week) before we respond to a post as per our Scope of Support.

If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

    Cheers,

    Patricia

    Hey Robert,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

It looks like you have Divi theme enabled in your site. We have an extension that fixes this issue you are experiencing:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/elegant-themes-divi-theme-compatibility/

Please install and enable the plugin and let me know if everything works as expected after that.

If you have any other questions at all please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

    Cheers,

    Patricia

    Hi Renato,

My apologies for the delayed response! Thanks for sending us more details about your problem. I’ve created 3 test events with different venues (including the one you sent us as an example) and all of them are visible in both Map view and on single event page.

Could you please access your Dashboard and head over to Events > Venues, click to edit one of the venues with the problem you described and send me a screenshot of this area? Perhaps there’s a specific setup triggering the error.

    Thanks!

    Patricia

    Hi Fabio,

There’s something odd here: enabling DEBUG inside another plugin (Woocommerce PDF Invoice) shouldn’t cause PHP Notices to disappear from the front-end of your site.

Could you please disable DEBUG for this plugin and enable the WordPress native WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us any messages you see while accessing your login page? All WP_DEBUG messages will be stored in a debug.log file in /wp-content. Please note that my previous observation regarding the error being displayed in the front-end of your site is still valid: you have to set WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY to false in your wp-config.php file as well.

If you are still getting the same error, I would suggest you to run the conflicts test mentioned in my previous response.

    Thanks,

    Patricia

    Hi Court,

I’m sorry to hear that. As I can see from here your refund was already processed.

    Have a nice day!

    Hey Glenn,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Event Tickets Plus does allow you to set the price for your tickets to be anything you would like. However, it is a single price field so, if you are planning to add in a service fee, then it would need to be added in with the original price. Unfortunately, the plugin will not line item both costs.

What is your eCommerce plugin? If you are using WooCommerce, to get started, I would recommend you to check the following article (it explains how to configure fees/surcharges for your products ):

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/add-a-surcharge-to-cart-and-checkout-uses-fees-api/

Does this help answer your question? Please let me know.

    Thanks,

    Hey Court,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

To get started, could you please let us know if you have more than one ticket associated with this event? Based on what I see in your screenshot, it looks like you have a cost range (from FREE to $15, meaning that apparently you have a RSVP and a paid ticket associated with the same event). You’ll find more info about this in the following article:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-tickets-and-publishing-to-eventbrite/

I hope this helps you to get started! Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Cheers,

    Hi There,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

I’m not able to reproduce this error from here. Could you please let us know when this issue started happening? Have you just installed The Events Calendar for the first time and found this problem? Have you had the plugin installed for a long time and then this suddenly started happening out of nowhere? Any information you can provide on the history of how this used to not happen up to now when it is happening can be helpful!

To remove these notices from the front-end of your site while we work together to identify the cause, I would recommend you to enable WP_DEBUG_LOG (in addition to WP_DEBUG) and set WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY to false in your wp-config.php file (more info about how to do this here).

I would also recommend you to run a Conflicts Test. You can start the test by temporarily deactivating all of your plugins (except Modern Tribe plugins) and changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and let us know if the problem is solved after that (don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything).

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions in the mean time, please feel free to let me know and I’d be happy to help as best I can!

    Cheers,

    Patricia

    Hi John,

This is the first time you mention that your shopping cart is not working in this thread. To get started, please make sure that “The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets” is deactivated and you have the latest versions of Event Tickets (4.6.3.1) and Events Tickets Plus (4.6.2) installed.

Also, regarding your shopping cart, could you please specify what is the error you are referring to? Is the add to cart button missing from your tickets or the cart page is not accessible at all? If the add to cart button is missing, could you please make sure that your ticket’s start sale date is set for today? You will be able to purchase (add to cart) tickets for a specific event only when the start sale date begins.

    Thanks,

    Patricia

    Hi Hae-Yuan,

Thanks for sending us more details about your problems.

    • Regarding the issue where your tickets randomly disappear from Events, if you open up your browser’s console while editing one of these events (with tickets randomly missing), do you see any relevant javaScript errors in there?
    • Regarding the Buy Now Button missing: Could you please edit one of your events with tickets where the buy now button is missing and send us a screenshot of this area (screenshot here)?

I would also recommend you to run a Conflicts Test. You can start the test by temporarily changing your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen and let us know if the problem is solved after that (don’t forget to backup your database before changing anything).

    • Regarding the “Invalid client token supplied. Please check your API keys.” message, this is not related to one of our plugins. I’m not sure which plugin is generating this error, but since it is being displayed on checkout I would say it could be related to “PayPal for WooCommerce” or “Braintree For WooCommerce” plugins.

Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

    Thanks,

    Patricia

    Hey Nathan,

    Welcome back!

Did you check the following article? It explains how to add navigation links above the calendar in Month View:

Add “Next” and “Previous” Links Above the Calendar in Legacy Month View

    Cheers,

    Patricia
