Former Woo Commerce Tickets – Ticketing Pro function not working

Hello,

I used to have the Woo Commerce Tickets plugin that allowed me to sell tickets to my events. I noticed that this was changed and so I upgraded my Events plugin to allow for the new ticketing function, however the tickets do not seem to be working. Did I not upgrade the correct component of my plugin? Is there something wrong with my account?
How can I get the ticket function to work again on my website?

To get started, could you please make sure that all of your plugins are up-to-date (specially Events Tickets(v.4.6.3.1) and Event Tickets Plus(v.4.6.2))?

As I can see from here you have an active/valid license for Events Calendar PRO: to be able to receive the latest updates for Event Tickets Plus, you must have an active/valid license for this plugin in your site.

Also, could you please share your system info with us?

Hello,

I had asked the last person that I spoke with to please change my license key from Event Calendar Pro to Event Tickets Plus, as I need Event Tickets Plus to replace my old WooCommerce Tickets plugin. I do not need the Event Calendar Pro license key….I only need the Tickets to function. Is this possible?

Is there any way of getting a straight answer to my question? My shopping cart is not working and that means NO INCOME!!!!!!

Hi John,

This is the first time you mention that your shopping cart is not working in this thread. To get started, please make sure that “The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets” is deactivated and you have the latest versions of Event Tickets (4.6.3.1) and Events Tickets Plus (4.6.2) installed.

Also, regarding your shopping cart, could you please specify what is the error you are referring to? Is the add to cart button missing from your tickets or the cart page is not accessible at all? If the add to cart button is missing, could you please make sure that your ticket’s start sale date is set for today? You will be able to purchase (add to cart) tickets for a specific event only when the start sale date begins.
