MemberHi Anna,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately we are not able to provide support in the pre-sales forum 🙁
We are happy to assist our premium users with support issues via our premium forums, please log into the account that has been created when the purchase was made. If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our open source forum. We review that forum weekly, mainly for bug reports.
Just to give you a quick tip, the date format can be adjusted in ‘WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Display’.
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but please do post in the appropriate forum and we will be happy to assist you.

MemberHey Duncan,
Thanks for chiming in! We don’t really have an estimate date for this feature to be released, but let me say it won’t probably be in the near future (next month or so).
We plan to use the plugin on multiple sites but lack of this feature is holding us back.
Sorry to hear about this showstopper but I don’t think it’s a good idea to wait for us to build this as it won’t be ready soon. If this is critical for the site you are building I think it’s best for you to custom code it.
As I told Tyler in my previous reply this thread gives an starting point to code this functionality on your own. If you feel this is out of your technical chops you can hire a customizer to help you out.
Please let me know if this helps,

MemberHowdy Michael,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to hear about your frustration updating our plugin, let me help you with that 🙂
To update Events Calendar PRO first thing is to configure your license key. This article will show you how to do it → Finding and Inputting Your License Key. Once the key is configured you can go to ‘WP-Admin > Dashboard > Updates’ and see if there are any updates available for the plugin.
If for some reason (maybe the site is in an intranet or don’t have external access) you can perform a manual update of the plugin, but I don’t think this is the case.
Lastly I would recommend checking this guide out → New User Primer: The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO, for the basics of using our plugins.
Please let me know if you can update the plugin or still need help with it,

MemberHi there Hans,
Thanks for the detailed feedback on this issue! I’ve been talking about it with the dev that pushed the fix for it in the just released MR.
Unfortunately to solve the issue we needed to add a new translation string in ‘The Events Calendar’ for this. I just suggested the translation for Dutch here, if you approve the string and re-download translation file it should work as expected.
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi there Karen,
Thanks for getting in touch on this as well!
Can you please checkout the following extension for this → Change the Labels for “Events”, “Organizers”, or “Venues” ?
I’ll have a reply for the EventBrite question soon!
Please let me know if this works for you,

MemberHi there Steve,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁
Let me start by saying that I just rechecked the update process for PRO 4.4.2 → 4.4.3 and everything worked as expected. We haven’t heard of other customers facing this issue. So not sure what might be going on in your case.
Can you please try to manually update the plugins following this guide → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/ ?
Also, is the site a local site or maybe it’s in an intranet or private network? The Events Calendar update was successful?
Please let me know about it and I’ll try to help,

MemberHi there Bo,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁
To recover the site, try downgrading to the last working version of the plugin → Downgrading a plugin to a past version
Once the site is back again, please test the update in a staging / development site and check the PHP error logs to see if there’s any evidence of the code generating the fatal error. Also, could you identify if it was The Events Calendar or Events Calendar PRO the one causing the issue?
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi there Tracy,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue 🙁
I’ve tried to reproduce this using my local test site but was unable to do so. Can you please check the value for ‘WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Display > Default mobile view’? Try changing it to something else, then ‘Save Changes’ and re-test.
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi there Uwe,
Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear this is till an issue for you 🙁 Let’s see what’s going on…
I just installed 4.4.2 version of the plugins in my local install and could reproduce the bug. Then updated to 4.4.3 and could confirm this was fixed for me. So I’m curios if this might be a caching issue, but as far as I could see you are not running any cache plugins in the site.
Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? Hopefully this will shed some light on the issue.
Please let me know how the tests go,

NicoFebruary 23, 2017 at 8:01 am in reply to: Map Size too small on single event since Version 4.4.3 updates #1244515Nico
MemberHi there James,
Thanks for reaching out on this and sorry to hear about this glitch!
The just released maintenance release 4.4.3 contains a fix for the map width issue, but ite seems like the new CSS rule could be more specific not to affect maps in the sidebar (like your case). For now you can use the CSS below (add it to your child theme stylesheet or via Simple Custom CSS plugin):
.single-tribe_events .sidebar.fusion-widget-area.fusion-content-widget-area .tribe-events-venue-map {
width: 100%;
}
I’ve logged a new ticket to improve the adjustment released so it doesn’t affect cases like yours. I’ve linked the new report with this thread so you’ll get a heads-up when it’s released.
Best,
