MemberThanks for following up Pau!
Where can I find a good tutorial about featured events using TEC and TECPRO?
Check this article out β Featured Events
It would be great if I could set up to show featured events in photo view in homepage, is that possible?
It’s actually possible with the [tribe_events] shortcode. You’ll need to paste the shortcode [tribe_events view="photo" featured="true"] in a page and then set the page as homepage. Please let me know if the above helps,

MemberThanks for the heads-up Michelle!
Does this means the issue is resolved? If they are working with the same auth / log-in forms then it should be compatible out of the box.
Please let me know if you are set or still need help,

MemberHi there a,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this issue.
I’ve tested this in my local install and the ‘before the calendar’ content shows as expected. If you place a static text instead of the html, does it show as expected? It might be a problem with the markup you are placing. Can you share the exact content with me? This way I can try to reproduce the issue in my local test site.
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi Tanner,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately we are not able to provide support in the pre-sales forum π

I don’t there’s such functionality anyway. You might want to hire a customizer to help you out figuring this out β https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
Iβll go ahead and close out this thread, but please do post in the appropriate forum and we will be happy to assist you.

MemberHi there Aaron,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Once again I’m happy to help you out π
Unfortunately tickets support for recurring events is a feature we are working on, but it’s still not ready. We’ve released part of the ‘base’ work which involved re-structuring recurring events but there are still some details to iron out before we can finally build tickets for recurring events.
Probably the best alternative at the time is to generate a CSV for events and tickets and upload them via the importer.
Hope this helps,
Best,

MemberHI there Josh,
Thanks for reaching out to us on this! I can help you here π
Can you please let me know which are the views that are not scrolling to the top when paginating? As far as I could test all the 3 views enabled in your site are taking the user up the calendar when next/prev links are clicked. Maybe you just want the animated effect?
Please let me know about it,

MemberHi there Cassy,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear about this issue.
Looks like this is related with a known bug in the ‘all’ events page. This issue will be fixed in the upcoming maintenance release coming out tomorrow (most probably). Can you please wait until 4.4.3 is out and re-test this after the plugins are updated in your site?
Please let me know about it,
Best,

MemberHi there Michelle,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I can help you on this π
Let me start by saying that although I’m not much familiarized with ‘Ultimate Member’ plugin, the most common thing in this kind of plugins is that they work extending WordPress Users functionality. This means that most probably if you log into the site using ‘Ultimate Member’ plugin login form, they will be recognized as logged in users along the site. If this happens then the user submitting the event will be the author of said event. Does this makes sense to you?
Please let me know about it,

MemberHey Damion,
Thanks for getting in touch about this! Let’s see what we can do here…
Basically I guess this is how it works, it just collects the information from the venues, so there are different type of duplicates. In the case of ORLANDO and Orlando we can do better but there are other cases like Dallas Forth Worth and Dallas or Forth Worth that will need to be manually adjusted / merged, although those have duplicates with the same name as well.
Can you please let me know how are events being created in the site? Community Events? Imports?
Please let me know about it so I can continue to help,

MemberRay,
Are we talking about the email or the tickets form or both places?
Please let me know if you can send me the site URL where I can see this in case you are referring to the tickets form,

MemberStocked to hear you could sort the size issue out Raymond π
Regarding this last questions, that sounds as possible yeah. You can prevent the placeholder from showing but you’ll need the column in place to maintain the table structure (it’s possible to remove the column but it would certainly be complicated an outside the scope of the support we can provide here). If this is implemented in the site, can you please send me a link where I can see this? Maybe just a CSS snippet can do the trick of hiding the placeholder image.
Best,
