MemberHi there,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this inconvenience ๐
The error you describe should be something temporary. Can you please try again now? If the issue is persisting, it would be great if you could share your system information with me so I can check if everything looks right on that end. Also is the site running on an intranet or internal network?
Thanks!

MemberHi Moira,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Unfortunately we are not able to provide support in the pre-sales forum ๐
We are happy to assist our premium users with support issues via our premium forums, please log into the account that has been created when the purchase was made (seems to be your case as recurring events is a feature of Events Calendar PRO, a premium plugin). If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our open source forum. We review that forum weekly, mainly for bug reports.
Regarding the problem you describe seems you can start off by deactivating Events Calendar PRO. THen use a plugin like Bulk Delete to help you out deleting all the events of the series. Once it’s deleted, it’s probably a good idea to make a backup of the current state. After that try to re-create the event series you deleted.
Hope that helps,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHey Will,
I think Hunter didn’t get your question quite right! This seems to be a legitimate pre-sales question and not a support request. Sorry for that!
My question is โฆ is this โEnable global stockโ a Event Tickets Plus feature?
It actually is a support of Event Tickets Plus! You can read more about it here โ Using Global Stock.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,

MemberHi there Tom,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this issue ๐ Let’s see what’s going on…
First of all, are those featured events recurring? If that’s the case are they the first instance? Sorry if obvious but better to be safe than sorry.
If the events are not recurring then, can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Please let me know about it,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi there Liam,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I can help you here…
Regarding question #1, from a first look I cannot related this behaviour with any known issues (neither see any errors in the JavaScript console). I’d start by Testing for conflicts guide. This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
On question #2, let me say it’s not possible to push events from the WordPress site to Facebook. You can only import events from Facebook into the WordPress site. Was this what you were trying to achieve?
Please let me know about them,

MemberThanks for the follow-up on the issue Lauren. I’m sorry to hear about this still being an ongoing issue for you ๐
What Brook suggested seems to be a useful workaround (turning off error reporting), it’s not the ideal solution but it should work. Don’t want to get into the details on why it’s not working on your site but some part of the site’s code or server issue might be forcing PHP warning to be displayed.
This issue was never fixed. I was waiting for a new update of community events and I installed it this morning.
I’m sorry for this, the fix for this issue had to be pushed away from last MR due to time constrains. As Brook pointed out we are doing our best to tackle the known bugs considerably. In the effort of serving a wider array of customer we tend to fix more popular bugs first and then try to address the more particular ones (like this incompatibility). I cannot make any promises but I will talk to our manager and see if this can be prioritized for the next maintenance release. Most probably that’s something we can do as the workarounds don’t seem to work for you unfortunately.
Reading through our exchange I notice you never confirmed if you tried to downgrade our plugin and/or JetPack. Can you please let me know about it?
Thanks for your patience! Hope we can get a fix for this soon ๐

I must admit I’m a bit puzzled with the errors you are reporting.
No the events arenโt re imported. Thatโs part of my frustration.
Maybe these events are marked as ignored? To check on that this guide might help โ https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ignored-events/ – Also are these events in the past or are they future events?
It however appears they are updated even though they shouldnโt exist.
You mean by the sign after import? I think the error might be just in the message, as events are not re-imported!
Please let me know about it,

MemberThanks for following up Jason!
I’ll make some extra tests to verify the behaviour of the importer. As you say this might crop up when creating the event in WordPress and then pushing it to EventBrite.
Please give me some extra time (our support is limited this week as we head to our annual team trip) to investigate the issue,
