Events Tickets

Hi Team,

Hope you’re all having a good day 🙂

We just have few questions regarding tickets and events, please find questions below:

1.) We have multiple types of tickets for this event (https://dudecommunityevents.com/event/dude-pro-clinic-doubles-perryville-mo/) but unfortunately the last two types of tickets are not able to be selected although still available. How can we fix this then?

2.) We are curious about syncing events to FB, is this some sort of what we can adjust under Events > Settings > Imports > Facebook Import Settings? If not, could you please advise us how we can automatically sync events to Facebook?

Thanks for getting in touch with us! I can help you here…

Regarding question #1, from a first look I cannot related this behaviour with any known issues (neither see any errors in the JavaScript console). I’d start by Testing for conflicts guide. This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.

On question #2, let me say it’s not possible to push events from the WordPress site to Facebook. You can only import events from Facebook into the WordPress site. Was this what you were trying to achieve?
