    Hi Steve,

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! It looks as though your navigation links are generating console errors relating to two separate domains and HTTPS access permissions. You may wish to take a look at your site configuration settings and plugins to ensure that everything checks out there! We’d be happy to assist with some troubleshooting on our end to make sure our plugins are set up and running properly, as well!

To get things started here, would you be willing to take a moment to share your system information with us? This Knowledgebase article provides instructions on how to obtain this info and share it securely with us–let us know if you should have any issues as you’re working through the steps!

    Thank you!

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for reaching out! If you’re managing a large number of user-submitted events and would like to publish them in batches rather than individually, you can achieve this using the bulk edit functionality built into WordPress. These instructions should walk you through the process:

    1. When viewing your pending events, select the checkboxes in the left column next to the posts you’d like to publish. Click the Bulk Actions drop-down menu at the top of your post listing and choose Edit.
    2. Click the Apply button. Your bulk editing options will expand out from the top of the posts pane.
    3. Click the Status drop-down menu and choose Published from the options.
    4. Click the blue Update button to confirm your changes. The post listing will refresh, and your selected posts should be updated to published status.

I hope that helps to get things moving quickly for you! Let me know if you should have any questions or concerns as you’re working through these steps, and thanks again for stopping by! 🙂

    Hi Tomonori,

Thanks for reaching out! Absolutely–if you’d like to use the photo view for your archive pages, simply change the /list/ portion of your URL to /photo/ instead. In your case, the URL would be:

    http://cal.peaceofcode.net/events/photo/?tribe_event_display=past

This change works for other calendar views, as well. Feel free to experiment with the different options to see which one works best for you! 🙂

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Meena,

Thanks for taking the time to test that for us! While we haven’t noticed any specific issues occurring while using Chrome with extensions on version 4.4, certain extensions can cause strange behaviors on different sites due to the way they interact with the DOM. I’d personally recommend considering a switch from your current ad blocker to uBlock Origin (which is very lightweight and less likely to interfere with page elements); replacing or deactivating Disconnect is also suggested. We’ll spend some time researching on our end and will follow up if we do open up a ticket to address these issues in a future update!

Thanks again for your patience in working with us on this issue, and let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you!

    Hi Patrick,

Thanks for getting in touch! At the moment, we aren’t able to provide discounts on bundles other than those listed on our Bundles page. I’m sorry for the inconvenience! We list all sales promotions and coupon codes available at any given time on our Deals, Coupons & Discounts page–I’d suggest checking there when you’re ready to buy to see if anything listed might fit your needs! You can also subscribe to our mailing list or follow us on Facebook or Twitter to keep up with the latest deals as we announce them.

I hope that helps! Thanks again for your interest, and happy shopping!

    Hi Thomas,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! In reviewing your recent purchase with us, it looks like this purchase was made for a license renewal rather than a new license of Events Calendar PRO–since you don’t have any licenses on your account to renew, no new license was generated for this purchase. I’d be more than happy to refund this renewal for you so you can place a new order with us. Let me know if you’d like me to move forward with processing that for you!

    Thank you!

We can certainly take a look at your options here and see what the best way would be to get you back on track with your plugins and licensing. Would you be so kind as to reach out to us with some more details via our email form? (Please choose the option “Help accessing my account” from the drop-down menu to expand the form fields below.) Hi Kuldeep,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out! While both Events Calendar PRO and Filter Bar expand upon the core functionality of our free version of The Events Calendar, they are separate products with unique features, and Events Calendar PRO does not include the full filtering functionality of Filter Bar. If complex filtering options are important to your project and you are only able to purchase one plugin, I’d suggest using Filter Bar with the free version of The Events Calendar, as you’ve suggested here! You’ll always have the option to upgrade to Events Calendar PRO later, should you choose to do so. 🙂

I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again for your interest here, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

We’re happy to offer a nonprofit partnership program to provide free and/or discounted product licenses to qualifying organizations–you can find more information as well as our application link on our Knowledgebase here. Let us know if you should have any questions about the program that aren’t answered there!

    Thank you!

    Hi Valentina,

Thanks so much for getting in touch, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you over in our premium forums–would you please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for Events Calendar PRO? One of our team members will be more than glad to take a look and follow up as soon as possible!

If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂

Thanks again, and we’ll see you there!

    Hi Uggi,

Thanks so much for considering our plugins for your client’s site–we appreciate your interest! 🙂 Unfortunately, we aren’t able to take on these types of customization projects ourselves. However, we’re happy to refer out interested parties to our list of third-party developers who work with our products. Feel free to reach out to any one of them with the details of your project, and I’m sure they’d be more than glad to assist!

Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you!

    Hi Asier,

Thanks for reaching out! While we don’t offer a pre-built mechanism for displaying ticket availability on calendar views, this is something that can likely be achieved through some degree of template customization. You can read more about customizations and how to make changes to your plugin template files on our Themer’s Guide. I’d encourage you to give it a look over and let us know if you should have any questions! If you don’t feel comfortable taking on this level of development yourself, we maintain a list of third-party developers who may be willing to assist–feel free to reach out to any one of them for any customization needs!

I hope that helps! Thanks again for your interest, and please don’t hesitate to let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Christer,

Thanks for reaching out! Absolutely! Events Calendar PRO includes support for nearly any type of recurrence pattern, including multiple patterns, changing patterns, or no pattern at all (if you’d like to select specific dates and times, as in your example here). You can read more about recurring events in Events Calendar PRO on our Knowledgebase–feel free to follow up if you should have any other questions after giving our documentation a look over!

At the moment, I’m afraid we do not support qTranslate-X with our plugins, and we can’t make any guarantees as to how this combination might perform on your site. WPML is the only multi-language plugin we currently support for our products.

I hope that helps to answer your questions! Thanks again for getting in touch, and let us know if there’s anything else we can assist with!

    Hi Praveen,

Thanks for your interest in our plugins! Since location search functionality and user-submitted events are required features for your project, you’re correct in that you’ll need both Events Calendar PRO and Community Events to power these. However, if you simply need to view category listings for your events and don’t require the more complex filtering capabilities of Filter Bar, you may be able to omit this plugin from your list. You’ll always have the option of adding Filter Bar later if you should change your mind! 🙂

I hope that helps to clarify things a bit! Thanks again for stopping by, and let me know if you should have any other questions!
