January 24, 2017 at 7:37 pm in reply to: Dealing with Multiple Eventbrite Accounts…workaround? #1223311
Caroline
MemberHi David,
Thanks for reaching out! While our usage of Eventbrite’s API limits the number of account activations to one per site, this doesn’t restrict your imports to only events owned by that account. Events owned by other Eventbrite accounts can be imported by simply entering the event’s ID (as indicated in this forum thread).
If you’re not sure whether this level of functionality might suffice for your site, I’d suggest giving it a try–should you find that it’s not quite meeting your expectations, we’re glad to refund any order within 30 days of purchase. Just drop us a message using our refund request form, and we’ll take care of the rest.
I hope that helps to answer your question here! Thanks again for dropping by, and let us know if there’s anything else we can assist with!

MemberHi Tom,
Thanks for following up! We don’t offer any demo or trial versions of our products at this time–rather than rely on restrictive methods such as feature-limited trial downloads, we’ve chosen to instead provide a full 30-day refund policy for all of our plugins. Feel free to deploy the full versions of our products on your site and test the complete range of features at your disposal! Should you encounter any issues, you’ll have ready access to our premium support services, and we’ll be glad to process a refund for any reason within your 30-day trial should you decide Events Calendar PRO isn’t right for you.
Let me know if you should have any other questions here–I’d be more than glad to assist! Thanks again for your interest, and we hope we’ll have the chance to work with you soon! 🙂

MemberHi Maxim,
Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins–glad to hear that you’re enjoying The Events Calendar so far! 🙂 It sounds like most of your requirements here should be met by our free ticketing plugin, Event Tickets, which includes support for RSVPs, allows event organizers to view RSVPs and check in attendees at events, and allows users to edit or remove their RSVPs after registering. Unfortunately, Event Tickets does not include built-in support for gotowebinar.com, though depending on the platform, you may be able to add some type of integration through custom development. I’d suggest reaching out to technical support for gotowebinar.com with any questions you might have about possible integrations!
I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again for your interest, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂

MemberHi Doug,
That’s fantastic news–I’m thrilled to hear that your images are back to their normal speedy selves again! 🙂
Regarding your new question, CSS will definitely be the way to go for centering your featured images. We recommend creating a new CSS file for any plugin-related styling tweaks–our Knowledgebase article on CSS changes provides some instruction on how to set up this file, as well as some example changes to get you started. Simply locate the page element for your featured image, and add your CSS properties to the file you’ve created. If you should need it, we have a guide on how to locate page elements using Google Chrome’s developer tools. You should find that the process is fairly similar for other modern browsers, as well.
I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again, and let me know if there’s anything else I can do to assist!
