I work for an Australian health not-for-profit and project manage our website.
We get the above warning message and I want to renew our PRO licence (that has support).
We have had two web IT companies maintaining our site and I don’t have the credentials to log into Event Calendar website.
Q1. Can you email me the log in credentials for our website, so that I can renew our licence.
Q2. If the above is not possible, how can I create an Event Calendar account?
Q3. Does Q2 involve me purchasing the licence, as if it was for the first time?
I’m happy to go with whatever option you suggest.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
