MemberHi Maxime,
Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! Unfortunately, support for this type of content limiting based on member roles isn’t currently built into any of our products. However, the effect you’re describing may be possible with some degree of customization! We have an article on creating members-only calendars on our Knowledgebase that may provide some ideas to get you started–feel free to give it a look over and see if any of it might be helpful to you!
Thanks again for stopping by, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Kathy,
Thanks for following up! We have indeed received reports from some affected users that 4.4.1.x fixes this issue! I’d suggest backing up your current site configuration before updating (I recommend UpdraftPlus for handling WordPress backups), then installing the latest update whenever you’re ready. If any issues should occur after the update, you’ll have a known good copy of your site and plugins to roll back to. đ Let us know if you should have any questions or concerns before or during the process!

MemberHi Adrian,
Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! It sounds like a setup using Community Events and Community Tickets might be just the solution you’re after. Combining these plugins with one of our calendar plugins and Event Tickets Plus will allow you to extend the functionality of these to your users, so users can create and manage their own events as well as add and sell tickets (with you or another event manager collecting a portion of the proceeds, if desired). I’d encourage you to read over the product pages for each of these offerings to see if they might be a good fit for your site! You might also consider taking a look at our Community Manager Bundle, which contains both of our Community plugins as well as Event Tickets Plus and Filter Bar, all at a discounted price compared to buying each plugin individually. We think it’s a great value for the money, and we hope you’ll agree! đ
I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again for stopping by, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Blair,
Thanks for your interest in our products, and I’m so sorry for the difficulties you’ve encountered in trying to complete a purchase with us! The issue that occurs when bundles are paired with unbundled products in a single cart is not a bug, per se, but rather a limitation of our shopping cart software due to the way bundle pricing is configured in our systems. Bundles are handled using coupon codes that are tied to a specific grouping of products in a cart, and modifying the cart by adding or removing products causes the coupon code to be removed. Unfortunately, this is a limitation of our third-party payment processor that we aren’t able to easily circumvent at this time.
At the moment, placing two separate orders is typically the recommended method for completing these purchases, but if you’d prefer, we’d be more than happy to try and work out something custom for your purchase with us. Feel free to reach out to us via email (select “Help accessing my account” from the drop-down menu) if this is something you’d be interested in, and we’ll get that ready to go for you!
Thanks so much for your patience–we look forward to getting you set up here just as soon as possible! đ

MemberHi Hugo,
Thanks for reaching out! Ticket payments made using Event Tickets Plus are processed by the e-commerce platform of your choice, and payment methods are limited to the options available for that plugin. We’ve provided a list of the e-commerce platforms supported by Event Tickets Plus on our Knowledgebase–feel free to research them at your leisure and choose the option that works best for your needs!
I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

MemberHi Titus,
Thanks for getting in touch! We offer support for user-submitted events and ticketing through our two community-focused add-ons, Community Events and Community Tickets. These plugins layer on top of The Events Calendar (or Events Calendar PRO, if applicable) and Event Tickets Plus respectively and extend their functionality to allow for users to create, manage, and collect payment for their own events and event tickets. If you’re interested in providing a range of community-focused features on your site, you might also consider our discounted Community Manager Bundle, which includes these two plugins as well as Event Tickets Plus and Filter Bar–it’s a solid price and a great fit for sites where community organizing is a primary focus!
Payment processing is handled by the e-commerce platform that is paired with Event Tickets Plus; WooCommerce is a popular option with many of our customers. You can read more about the features and payment types available through each plugin on their respective sites!
I hope that helps to get you started! Thanks for your interest, and let me know if you should have any other questions!
January 25, 2017 at 12:42 pm in reply to: Dealing with Multiple Eventbrite Accounts…workaround? #1223915Caroline
MemberHi David,
Unfortunately, yes, we don’t currently offer a way to sync all events from multiple Eventbrite accounts using Eventbrite Tickets. I’m sorry to disappoint! đ That said, we are definitely open to including this type of functionality in a future update, should there be sufficient interest–I’d encourage you to pay a visit to our UserVoice forum, where you can submit feature requests and cast your vote for ones you’d like to see added to our products. We hope to see you there!
Again, I’m so sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but thank you for taking the time to pay us a visit! Let us know if you should have any other questions–we’ll certainly do our best to assist!

Thank you!
