Related Events and Sidebar not showing up with Avada

I have installed the free version alongside my Avada theme. However, I cannot get the Sidebar to show up for individual events, and I can’t get Related Events to show up. Are either of these premium items? If I bought the Pro version would your support team be able to help me or do I need to go with Avada’s support, which has expired for me.
