GuestHi I have several questions.
We are a Non Profit community organization. Our facility is in high demand and we need a online calendar so that the community can see what’s going on and when the facility is available.
Currently we use Google Calendar embedded on a page. The problem is that the details of our events generally need to stay private and if we block the details then the event just says Blocked. I’d like to find a solution that allows us to show the title of the event (eg Birthday Party, or Boy Scouts) but not publicly show details associated with the event, unless you are an admin.
Currently if we don’t have the Google Calendar Blocked then folks can click on the event name and then see who is using our facility, their phone number , rental rates etc. We don’t want that.
We like the idea of your calendar pro because we also sell tickets and your plugins would seem to be perfect for all this.
Does your Calendar Pro Plugin:
1. Allow just the Title or Headline to be visible to the public but nothing else and yet still have an area for Admins to see the facts and details?
2. Do you have any known issues with your products working on a Dreamhost shared server?
3. Do you have any issues with your products working with the Divi Theme by Elegant Themes?
4. Does your plugin generate reports? We need to create usage reports and currently we can turn the Google Calendar events into a spreadsheet pretty easily. I then share with the Baord of Directors information from the spreadsheets.
Thank you for your time! I look forward to reading your reply!

MemberHi Stephen,
Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re considering using our products for your nonprofit organization. I’d be more than glad to try and answer your questions here!
- While we don’t offer any options out of the box to allow for this type of filtered display, this is something that might be possible through a certain degree of customization! We have an article on members-only calendars on our Knowledgebase that may provide some ideas to get you started, should you be interested in pursuing this type of modification.
- Any shared server that’s able to support a WordPress-based site should work great with our products! I personally use Dreamhost to manage my sites and have had no issues using the plugins on their sharing hosting. 🙂
- A number of our users have reported great success using the Divi theme with our products, and we’re happy to provide support for any users who should encounter issues with this combination.
- Can you provide any more detail on what types of reports you’d like to generate? I’d be glad to see if we can provide some suggestions based on your specific needs!
It may also interest you to know that we offer a nonprofit partnership program to provide free and/or discounted product licenses to qualifying organizations–you can find more information as well as our application link on our Knowledgebase here. If you think your organization may qualify, we’d be glad to receive your application! Let us know if you should have any questions about our program that aren’t answered at the link provided.
Thanks again for your interest, and don’t hesitate to follow up if there’s anything else we can do to assist!

GuestHi,
I just wanted to say thank you for such a wonderful response. Although your product isn’t exactly what I’m looking for I really appreciate all the good information that you provided.
I did look at the members only article you mentioned and unfortunately we just don’t the expertise to dive into that arena.
Thanks again for all your help!
/Steve
