Unknown error importing a calendar.

Hi,
We bought your plugin for wordpress and I am getting the following error when trying to set up a scheduled import iCalendar.

“The import failed for an unknown reason. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact support.”

Here is my feed URL:

Please explain what the issue is!
