    Hi Jim,

Thanks for taking the time to reach out! I’m afraid that this feature is not available to the public at this time, and we aren’t currently running any betas or prerelease previews related to the release of this feature. If you should require an immediate solution for presenting this feature in the coming days, I’d suggest reaching out to one of the many third-party developers that works with our plugins. Any one of them should be more than happy to discuss project details and work to implement something that meets your company’s needs! 🙂

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Sue,

Thanks for following up–we’re so sorry to hear that you’re still experiencing difficulties with Event Tickets Plus on your site. We’re currently operating at reduced capacity in support this week due to our yearly team retreat, which we announced beginning last week across all content and support pages on TheEventsCalendar.com. We expect to be back at full availability by next Monday, at which time our support response times should be back to their usual averages. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding–we’re looking forward to having our full team back to work with you next week! 🙂

For now, your best bet to continue troubleshooting some of these issues you’re experiencing will be to proceed with conflict testing as suggested by Geoff B. above! The other two points indicated in his private reply would also be hugely helpful, if you’re able to assist with either request. Once we’ve addressed these, we’ll hopefully be able to eliminate some problem areas, and we’ll be better equipped to move forward on addressing some of your other concerns.

Regarding our refund policy, our return period is a full 30 days from original date of purchase, so you still have a good amount of time left to continue working with our support team if desired. Since some time has been lost due to our reduced availability this week, I’d be more than glad to extend your return window an additional week or two to compensate. We hope this will encourage you to continue working with us to resolve your problems here–but if you should prefer to receive a refund at any time, please let us know, and we’ll make sure that gets processed for you.

Again, we hope you’ll accept our apologies for the difficulties you’ve encountered with Event Tickets Plus so far. We’re committed to continuing to work with you to resolve your issues and get you back to work as quickly as possible–please don’t hesitate to let us know if there’s anything else we can do to assist you here. Cheers, and we look forward to continuing the conversation very soon!

    Hi Ryan,

Thanks for following up with some more information here! Would you be willing to share a link to an affected page of your site so that we can observe the problem in action? If you don’t wish to share a public link, you can use the private reply functionality to ensure that your reply can only be seen by members of our support team.

    Thank you!

    Hi Bruce,

Thanks for taking the time to update your plugins for us and report back! As our next step in troubleshooting, would you mind running through a quick round of conflict testing on your site and reporting back with your findings? This will allow us to determine whether this issue may be occurring due to a conflict with a third-party theme or plugin.

Thanks again, and let us know what you’re able to find!

    Hi Eoghan,

Thanks for following up–glad to hear that you’ve taken the plunge and that you’re enjoying Events Calendar PRO so far! 🙂

If you’re looking to create some alternate displays for your events that will not overwrite the existing list and single event views, I’d suggest creating a new WordPress template for your alternate list view and creating a custom loop to pull posts of the custom post type tribe_events. This will allow you to craft a loop just like you would for any other type of WordPress post and pull only the fields you need to display for your listings. You can then apply this template to the WordPress page of your choice to see your list in action.

For your alternate single event views, this might be a bit trickier, since you can’t use a WordPress template or loop in this way. You might try modifying the single event template indicated in our Themer’s Guide to add a bit of custom PHP that will hide the event date if a certain variable is present in the event URL (as in yoursite.com/single-event?variable=true).

I hope that helps give you some ideas to get you started! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi @designapplause,

Thanks for following up to clarify what you’re looking for here! If you’re looking to place your map view on a specific post or page and limit the view to certain events only, it sounds like our [tribe_events] shortcode might fit the bill nicely. Using the code [tribe_events view=”map”], you can embed a map view of your calendar into any existing post or page, and additional options will allow you to limit the display to events within a certain category, a range of dates, featured events, and so on. You can read more about the many options available for this shortcode on our Knowledgebase here.

Does this seem like something that might be a good fit for your needs? Let us know if you should have any other questions here! 🙂

    Hi Frank,

Thanks for following up to confirm! Whatever the cause of things being fixed (perhaps your caching plugin simply needed a bit more time?), I’m glad to hear that everything’s working great again on your end! 🙂

Since you’ve gone ahead and marked this thread as resolved, I’m going to go ahead and close it out to keep things moving along. Please don’t hesitate to follow up with a new thread if there’s anything else we can do to assist–and thanks again!

    Hi Uldis,

Thanks for following up–I completely understand, and I’m sorry that Event Tickets Plus wasn’t able to work for this particular project. We’re still in the process of implementing WPML support for our ticketing solutions, but I’m afraid that we’re not able to provide an exact timeline for when this support might be fully integrated. If this is something that you might be interested in for a current or future project, we’d be more than glad to reach out directly when there’s news to share on this addition! Let us know if you’d like to be kept in the loop on any future updates.

For now, I’ve gone ahead and refunded your payment as requested, and you should see those funds returning to your account in 5-10 business days.

Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you!

    Hi Adam,

Thanks for following up–glad to hear that all looks to be resolved on your end! In the future, you can achieve this effect by using a custom template for author.php in your theme’s folder. Simply rewriting the loop to use a custom queue that checks events (custom post type tribe_events) instead of standard blog posts should display the intended result! You can read more about custom author templates on WordPress’s own documentation here.

Since it looks like you’re all sorted by now, I’m going to go ahead and close this thread out, but please don’t hesitate to follow up with a new thread if there’s anything else we can do to assist! 🙂 Cheers, and thanks again!

    Hi Frank,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! On reviewing the page you have linked, it looks like the ticket is showing up just fine at the bottom of the event page–did you manage to get this issue resolved on your own? Let us know if there’s anything else we can assist with here! 🙂

    Thank you!

    Hi Uldis,

Thanks for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we don’t currently offer support for WPML with Event Tickets or Event Tickets Plus at this time, so we’re unable to assist with issues relating to WPML usage with those plugins. You can always get the latest information on which of our plugins are supported with WPML on our Knowledgebase here.

I’m so sorry to disappoint. If this limitation is a deal-breaker for you and you’d prefer to receive a refund at this time, we can assist with this–please fill out our refund request form here, and one of our support team members will ensure that it’s processed for you as soon as possible.

    Thank you!

    Hi April,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having some issues with Event Aggregator imports. We’d be more than glad to take a closer look and see what we can do to get things working for you here!

First things first, we’d love to get some more information on the exact issues you’re encountering with your imports so that we can troubleshoot more effectively. When attempting to import from Google Calendar, what happens at each step of the process? Does the import return an error message at any point in the process, or does it simply hang without ever completing the import? Does the preview show any events, or does the import process fail before showing a preview? Any details you can provide would be a great help here!

Unfortunately, we don’t support two-way sync between The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO and Google Calendar at this time. If you’re interested in seeing this functionality brought to a future version of the plugin, we’d be glad to receive your vote and/or comments on this UserVoice suggestion, or you can submit your own if you’d like to propose an alternate method!

Thanks, and we hope to hear from you soon! 🙂

    Hi Julien,

Thanks for reaching out! We’ve provided a Knowledgebase article here with example data for all supported types of CSV import, as well as sample files that can be used as reference when building out your own CSVs. Hopefully you’ll find all the info you need here! 🙂

Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Adam,

Thanks so much for reaching out! I’d be more than glad to see what I can do to assist here–but first, can you provide any more clarification on what type of functionality you’re wanting for your author pages? It does appear that events are now showing up for author pages as I’m viewing them, so I want to ensure that you haven’t resolved this issue on your own already! Let me know if we can be of any help here. 🙂

    Thank you!
