    Hi Ruth,

    Thanks for reaching out! I’m afraid that our ticketing plugins do not include support for selecting specific seats at this time, nor do we have any plans to add this functionality to a future release. However, you can achieve something similar by creating separate ticket types for different seating groups and allowing your users to select their desired group. You can learn more about how to do this on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ticketing-using-seating-chart/

    I hope that helps! 🙂 Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Jes,

    Thanks for reaching out! While there’s no way to fast-forward to the next month with events when using the calendar’s default Month View, you can achieve a similar effect by using the List View option that’s included with both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO. Simply change the Default view setting under Events > Settings > Display to List, and your users will see the next upcoming events in chronological list format when they access your events page, regardless of the date of the next event. You can read more about how to change the view settings (and other settings) for your calendar on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/wp-admin-settings-overview/

    I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Aleksandr,

    Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, we don’t offer any built-in options for restricting ticket sales to a specific user or group of users at this time. However, you may be able to use WordPress’s own password-protection functionality to require that invited users enter a password to access the single event page and ticket form. (This works because events are created as custom post types in WordPress, just like standard posts or pages.) You can read more about how to use this feature on WordPress’s documentation here:

    https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Password_Protection

    I hope that helps! 🙂 Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Steve,

    Thanks for reaching out to us here! Would you mind taking a moment to open a new thread in this forum with the details of your question? We want to make sure that all questions in pre-sales are assigned to their own unique thread, as it can be helpful to other users who may have the same or a similar inquiry! 🙂 Thanks so much–one of us will be sure to follow up in a reply to your new thread as soon as possible!

    Hi Shailesh,

    Thanks for following up! Per your request, here is a point-by-point summary of which of our products (if any) include each of the above listed features:

    1] Users can create Events & Tickets from the front end of the website. Users can create events with Community Events. If you wish to add support for tickets, you’ll need to add Event Tickets Plus and Community Tickets, as well.
    2] Events can be public or it can be private for specified users. There’s no option within any of our plugins at this time that would restrict the viewing of events on a per-user basis.
    3] Event tickets can be paid or Free(RSVP). Can we create RSVP event/ticket from the front end of the website. The RSVP option is available to users directly on the event submission form when Community Events, Community Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus are all active on your site.
    4] Users can share events to their friends Only. Events can be shared by simply passing along a link to any single event page–however, if you wish to have user-submitted events be viewable by friends only, this is not possible.

    I hope that helps! Thanks, and let me know if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Richard,

    Glad to hear that I could help! If you’re not seeing the option to create coupons in WooCommerce, you may need to enable the use of coupons from your WooCommerce plugin settings. You’ll find instructions on how to do that on the WooCommerce documentation linked previously:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/coupon-management/

    Once you’ve enabled the setting, you should see the Coupons page appear beneath the WooCommerce heading in your WordPress sidebar.

    Thanks again, and let us know if there’s anything else that we can do to assist!

    Hi Ihtezaz,

    1. While we’re not able to bill for the difference between one or more single plugins and a pre-assembled product bundle, we can certainly process a refund for your existing licenses so that you can pick the Importer Bundle whenever you’re ready. Simply fill out our refund request form, and we’ll take care of the rest: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/
    2. Your events and plugin settings are all stored safely in your WordPress database, and they won’t be affected by updating, upgrading, deactivating, uninstalling, or changing license keys for your existing plugins. No need to worry about losing any data or needing to reconfigure any settings!
    3. Absolutely–just fill out the form linked above, and we’ll make sure that your refund is processed as soon as possible! Once that’s done, you can simply place your order for an Importer Bundle and activate your new license keys in place of the old ones on your WordPress site.

    I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let me know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

    Hi Mamdouh,

    Oh no, I’m so sorry for the trouble here! No worries at all–we’d be more than happy to process a refund for your client’s Events Calendar PRO license so that he can pick up Filter Bar instead. (We’re happy to offer a full 30-day refund policy for all of our products for any reason, so you’re always covered in the event of mishaps such as these.) Just fill out our refund request form, and we’ll take care of the rest! 🙂

    Hi Will,

    Thanks so much for your interest in our products! Our premium calendar solution Events Calendar PRO includes support for easily creating recurring events, and multiple calendar views are supported so that you can display your events exactly as you’d like them. Adding on Event Tickets Plus to either of our calendar plugins allows you to add on support for paid ticketing with WooCommerce, as well (and the familiar cart functionality of WooCommerce is, of course, still present). However, it’s worth noting that full support for ticketing recurring events is not available with Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus at this time. We hope to present a working implementation of this functionality as soon as it’s ready, but if ticketing for recurring events is crucial to your current project, a workaround may be necessary in the short term. (These workarounds may include creating your event series and converting it to single events before adding tickets or using a post duplication plugin to create the first event and duplicating and modifying it for each additional occurrence.)

    I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for your interest in our plugins! At the moment, I’m afraid that all of our products are exclusive to WordPress-based sites–I’m sorry to disappoint. 🙁 However, we’re interested in learning more about the needs of potential customers on non-WordPress platforms, and we’d love to get your feedback! Your opinions may help to shape the development of future products and services for alternative platforms!

    Hi David,

    Thanks for reaching out! While our WordPress Customizer options don’t yet include selectors for the day-of-the-week header, you can make changes to this area using CSS instead. This Knowledgebase article provides a bit more information on how you can use CSS to change the look and feel of any element on any of your calendar views! For a quick change to your day-of-the-week header, simply navigate to Appearance > Customize in your WordPress admin, click the Additional CSS option from the sidebar menu, and paste the following CSS (saving your changes once you’ve finished):

    .tribe-events-calendar thead th {
         background-color: #000000;
         color: #FFFFFF;
    }

    In this example, the background color is represented by the hex value #000000 (which displays as solid black), while the text color is designated as hex value #FFFFFF (solid white). You can change these colors to anything you’d like–this color picker will give you the hex value (beginning in #) for any color you select.

    I hope that helps! Thanks again, and let us know if you should have any other questions! 🙂
