    Hi,

    I find this quite embarrassing for me but I am working on a client’s site and he wanted to get a calendar to feature events from 3 different locations where he can easily filter the results by location and I advised him to purchase the Events Calendar Pro plugin as my go-to events plugin, but now when setting it up, I discovered that the filtering capability isn’t built into it and sold separately, which means that I won’t be able to achieve what he wanted.

    Now, I don’t know what to say to him and I am quite sure he won’t be happy to pay another $89 to get it, and wanted to ask if it’s possible to like cancel his license for the Pro calendar and get the Filter bar instead?( of course, I will ask him to contact you personally to do this, but wanted to see if it’s possible first).

    I am really sorry to ask for that but I don’t really know what to do now!

    Oh no, I’m so sorry for the trouble here! No worries at all–we’d be more than happy to process a refund for your client’s Events Calendar PRO license so that he can pick up Filter Bar instead. (We’re happy to offer a full 30-day refund policy for all of our products for any reason, so you’re always covered in the event of mishaps such as these.)     I will let the client know and let me take the action he chooses, but it’s a relief to know that you do offer this great refund policy.
