    Hi Michael,

Thanks for reaching out! While we don’t offer a live or video demonstration for the QR code feature of Event Tickets Plus at this time, you can learn all about our ticket QR codes, how they work, and how to check in attendees with this feature on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-qr-codes-event-tickets-plus/

Hopefully you’ll find all the info you should need to get started here–if not, I’d be glad to answer any other questions that you might have! I’ve also noted your suggestion for a video demonstration in case this is something we might be able to offer in the future! 🙂

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Matt,

Thanks for getting in touch! If you’re using Event Tickets Plus with WooCommerce as your e-commerce platform of choice, you can add on the WooCommerce Product Bundles extension to create bundles with your existing event tickets. However, bundles created through WooCommerce won’t display on your events with your standalone tickets–you’ll need to sell your tickets through your WooCommerce products page to properly take advantage of this functionality. You can learn more about how to do this on our Knowledgebase here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/selling-tickets-from-the-woocommerce-products-page/

Tickets sold as part of WooCommerce bundles are the same as standalone tickets purchased individually, and users will need to use the correct single ticket for checking in to each event.

I hope that helps! Thanks again, and don’t hesitate to let us know if you should have any other questions! 🙂

    Hi Shawn,

Thanks for reaching out! While the type of logic required to automatically schedule events on, say, a second or fourth Monday of a given month, doesn’t currently exist within our plugins, you can likely achieve the same effect with Events Calendar PRO by using the Weekly recurrence type. Simply create your event for the first date in your event series, then choose the Weekly recurrence type and select the day (or days) of the week that you’d like future recurrences to fall on. You can then make adjustments as needed to space out your dates properly, add additional recurrence rules for each month to accommodate for different numbers of days or changes to your schedules, or add exclusions to exclude certain dates from your series. It sounds like you’ve already reviewed our Knowledgebase article on recurring events, but you may find that the best way to get comfortable with our event series functionality is to try it for yourself! Should you find that it’s not an ideal fit for your needs, you’ll be covered under our 30-day refund policy.

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions or concerns! 🙂

    Hi Cade,

Thanks for reaching out! If you’re looking to import events from Google Calendar to The Events Calendar, all you’ll need to achieve this is Event Aggregator. While Events Calendar PRO adds a number of great features to the core set provided by The Events Calendar, it’s not required to bring in your external events from any supported sources. Event Aggregator also isn’t included with Events Calendar PRO, though we do offer our discounted Importer Bundle for users who’d like to have both! This bundle also includes Filter Bar, our powerful events filtering add-on, so it’s a great option for users who need robust import and filtering tools and want to get set up quickly. I’d be glad to answer any questions you might have about any of our plugins or bundles! 🙂

I hope that helps to clarify things a bit! Thanks again for your interest, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions!

    Hi Brad,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m so sorry for the trouble here! Our latest available version for Events Calendar PRO is version 4.4.15 as of this writing–if your client is indeed using version 4.1.2 and WordPress is not prompting them to install a newer version, they may need to try downloading the latest version of the plugin from their account’s Downloads page and installing it manually. Sometimes “stuck” plugins can also be prompted to check for updates by installing another plugin from the WordPress.org plugin repository. Simply download and install any plugin from your WordPress admin, then return to your plugins listing and check to see if any plugins are requesting updates. You can delete the new plugin once this process has been completed.

If you’re still having trouble after following these steps, our technical support team would be glad to assist over in our premium forums. Please don’t hesitate to log in and submit a post to our Events Calendar PRO forum! 🙂

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and let us know if there’s anything else that we can do for you!

    Hi Liliana,

Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you with your inquiry on our WordPress.org support forum for The Events Calendar. Would you mind taking a moment to open a new thread there for us?

If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our conflict testing steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂

Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

    Hi David,

Thanks so much for your interest in Event Aggregator! At the moment, all of our Event Aggregator license options are limited to 10 site activations per license key, though we may explore options for accommodating larger site networks in the future! 🙂 The 10-site limit will be applied differently depending on how your multisite networks are structured, as well–multisites that use unique domains or subdomains for their sub-sites will use up a single activation slot per sub-site, while sub-sites that use a subdirectory URL format (such as yoursite.com/subsite) will not consume any additional activations.

I hope that helps to get you started here! Thanks again, and please don’t hesitate to follow up if you should have any other questions or concerns!

    Hi Simon,

Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins! Related events functionality is included as part of Events Calendar PRO–when viewing any single event page, you’ll see a selected grouping of related events displayed below the main event details. (If you should wish to disable this feature for any reason, you can do so from your plugin settings.)

Users making RSVPs/reservations using Event Tickets or purchasing tickets with Event Tickets Plus can obtain as many RSVPs/tickets as they’d like in a single order. If your users are logged in when RSVPing or buying tickets, they can log in later to view all of their RSVPs/tickets. You can restrict RSVPs/ticket purchases to logged-in users only, as well–this option can be selected on your plugin settings for Event Tickets/Event Tickets Plus.

I hope that helps! If you should have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know. Cheers, and thanks again for stopping by!

    Hi Mahet,

Thanks so much for your interest in Events Calendar PRO! While we don’t offer support for exporting calendar events to PDF or Excel formats at this time, you can easily export any calendar view to ICS/iCal format with just the click of a button. Our Knowledgebase article here provides more details on this functionality:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/exporting-events/

If you’re interested in seeing PDF or Excel exports added to the mix in a future product update, we’d love to have you cast your vote and/or share your comments on our existing UserVoice post for this feature! This forum is where users can submit their ideas for future product releases and vote for their favorites.
