KeymasterHi Adi,
Thanks for your interest in our plugin!
What do you actually mean by all time? Do you mean an event which repeats every single day? If that is what you are looking for, we do have Recurring events — that feature is part of our Events Calendar PRO plugin 🙂
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Holly,
Thank you for you interest in our plugins!
Could you give me an example of an event which would require custom dates, so that I could understand better your needs?
Regarding Google Maps, it is included in our PRO version: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/.
You can see how it works on our demo website: https://wpshindig.com/events/map/
Also, if our PRO plugin does not fit your project as you expected, we will be happy to refund the full amount within 30 days of payment 🙂
I hope this helps.

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
First of all, could you make sure you have the latest version of this extension? It should be version 1.1..0 and if you don’t have this version, you may find it on this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/formatted-event-date-shortcode/
Then, be sure you don’t place apostrophes or quotation marks before and after the id. It should be something like id=1234 instead of id=’1234′.
After those verifications, if you still encounter an issue, I would need to investigate further. In order to do so, I would need you to share your System Information.
I hope this helps.

KeymasterHi Josh,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I realized you don’t have the latest version of The Events Calendar: could you update it to version 4.6.23? (it is usually recommended to update our core plugin before updating our other plugins such as Events Tickets and Events Tickets Plus).
In case you still have an issue after updating TEC to 4.6.23, try to clear your transients with a plugin such as this one.
I hope this helps.

KeymasterHi Dave,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I visited your website, and the next navigation arrow on your calendar is not visible because it seems you don’t have any events in November. In fact, I couldn’t see any events past October 15th.
By default, the month to month navigation links on your calendar will not be shown if there are no additional events to display. This means the next and previous month links on the calendar will only display if there are events in the future or in the past to be displayed.
In case you want to have these links on your calendar even if there are no additional events to view, you may add the snippet on this page to your child theme: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/add-nextprevious-links/
If you do have events in November, please tell me so that we could investigate further on this issue.
I hope this helps.

KeymasterHi Claudia,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
It would be possible to add a hero image above the calendar with some customization. Did you get Events Calendar PRO or any other premium plugins we sell? If so, could you log in with the email address you have used to buy our plugin? That way, you could reach our premium Help Desk and we could put you on the right direction to achieve this.
Otherwise, you may ask your question at the support behind our core plugin: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar
I hope this helps.

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
The best thing to do in this situation would probably be to set up a staging environment. You could then duplicate your website and test a few things there (like updating our plugins) before doing it on your live website.
Furthermore, I would strongly recommend you to back up your website, so that you could keep troubleshooting without worrying about losing data.
Finally, I would recommend you to update our core plugin first (The Events Calendar) before updating our premium plugins.
I hope this helps.

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I visited your website and could notice your problem. It might be due to a conflict. I realized you replied “yes” to the question asking if you deactivated all other plugins: that didn’t change anything? Could you also try to switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and check again your calendar on a smaller screen?
Please read carefully our documentation about Testing for conflicts before doing anything.

KeymasterHi Eva,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
There’s no setting allowing you to limit the text a user would write on the description. However, it would be possible to do so with some customization. If you bought Community Events, please log in with the email you have used to get the plugin, so that you could access our Premium Help Desk.

KeymasterHi Denise,
I’m very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue.
What you could do until the bug fix is released, is downgrade to a previous version of our plugin. In order to do so, please read carefully our documentation: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
Please let me know if you have any question.

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
In order to let your users submit event with RSVP/tickets, you would need Community Tickets on top of Community Events. Then, you will have a section at the bottom of your submission form that allows users to add new RSVPs.

Please let me know if this helps!

Coud you try to add the following css snippet in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
#tribe_events_filters_wrapper.tribe-events-filters-vertical .tribe-child-cat, #tribe_events_filters_wrapper.tribe-events-filters-vertical .tribe-grandchild-cat { display: block !important; }Please let me know how it goes.

KeymasterHi Justin,
