    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I just verified, tribe_events_has_soldout() is still a valid function. I tried locally, and could display “Sold out” on an event page where there was no ticket left.

I think the problem might come from the place where you had the code placed. Could you, instead, copy the file located at the-events-calendar/src/views/single-event and place it in [your-theme]/tribe-events/single-event.php? You can then override it by adding the code you mentioned.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

One more thing Justin: if the new CSS is not taken into account, it might be due to your cache (I just realized you have W3 Total Cache installed). Could you clear your cache and try again?

    Hi Justin,

It’s strange, because I visited your website again and I couldn’t see the piece of code I gave you. Did you remove it? If not, please make sure no curly bracket is missing. And instead of placing this code in Customize > Additional CSS, you may paste it in your child theme’s style.css file.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Nico,

Thanks for your interest in our plugin!

Here are the answers to your questions:

    1. For a multilingual website with Events Calendar, we recommend using WPML. You’ll find some useful information about how to set up a website with TEC and WPML on this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/
    2.  If you get our PRO version, you’ll be able to use a shortcode to display the calendar on any page of your website.
    3. The PRO version comes with some nice widgets that you can easily insert in a footer or a sidebar. You’ll be able to place those widgets on other parts of your website as well, thanks to those shortcodes.
    4. With the PRO version, you’ll have the choice between 5 different views: List View, Day View, Week View, Map View and Photo View.
    5. You can do some quick, easy customizations (like changing the link color or the button color) via the WordPress Customizer. For advanced customization, we have a Themer’s Guide.

    I hope this helps.

Please let me know if you have further questions 🙂

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

First, could you please enable WP_DEBUG (https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress) and WP_DEBUG_LOG (https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress#WP_DEBUG_LOG) ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.

After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.

Then, could you share again your System Information (you may paste it as a “Private” reply to this mail)? For some reason, I only got the versions of your Event Tickets and The Events Calendar plugins.

    Thanks in advance,
    Jeremy

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for your interest in our plugins!

Unfortunately, there’s no settings in the PRO version to display both the month view and the list view on the same page. It would be possible with some customizations though. But for now, you can only toggle between the different views.

In case you’re still interested in the PRO version, you may get it knowing that we will be happy to refund the full amount within 30 days of payment if our plugin does not fit your project as you expected.

Please let me know if you have any other questions 🙂

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi Adi,

    Thanks for those clarifications 🙂

You should be able to achieve your plan using Events Calendar PRO (to create recurring events), Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus (which works with WooCommerce).

In case those plugins do not fit your project as you expected, we will be happy to refund the full amount within 30 days of payment.

    I hope this helps.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us! Yes, all is well, thanks 😉

I visited your website but couldn’t find your problem. Where do you see an events icon? Oh, do you mean the Events menu in your dashboard?

If so, when did you notice that problem? (after a recent update of our plugin, or an update of your theme or another plugin?). You said you tried your website with all other plugins deactivated, but did you also try to switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen)?

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

Next time your web developer needs to customize our plugin, you may refer him to our Themer’s Guide, which has some useful resources on how to proceed (with an emphasis on customizing our plugin within a child theme)

That said, you should be able to download Events Calendar PRO 4.4.24 from My Account > Downloads.

Please tell me if you can’t get the plugin from this page, in which case I could send a copy via email.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi,

    I’m glad it’s working now 🙂

Indeed, that shortcode is used to embed a specific event. If you want the post to be dynamic, you’ll need to customize our plugin. In order to do so, please read carefully the different resources on this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/customizations/.
