    Hello,

    I hope that all is well.

    I am receiving a 504 Gateway timeout when I click on the events Icon. All of the other icons such as “event categories,” “”Help,” and settings work.

    Please advise

    Thanks for reaching out to us! Yes, all is well, thanks 😉

    I visited your website but couldn’t find your problem. Where do you see an events icon? Oh, do you mean the Events menu in your dashboard?

    If so, when did you notice that problem? (after a recent update of our plugin, or an update of your theme or another plugin?). You said you tried your website with all other plugins deactivated, but did you also try to switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen)?

    I was referring to the events menu in the dashboard.

    We were able to resolve the issue.
