KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
In order to change your background color, you might try the following css snippet instead:
.tribe-events-style-full .tribe-events-tickets td { background-color: #ff0000; color: #fff; }I hope this helps,

KeymasterHi Mirja,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Which version did you update from? The cost has been listed underneath the venue for quite a few months already.
To put it back on the far right would be a bit tricky using css only. Otherwise you may customize our template files, following our Themer’s Guide.
Please let me know if you need further explanations.

KeymasterHi Dylan,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
When you talk about custom fields, do you mean the Additional Fields from Events Calendar PRO? Normally, those fields appear in the Event’s meta box. Do you want to display them in another place? You mention the “public calendar listing”: do you mean the “List view” on your /events page?
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I had a look at your website but it seemed like venues were showing up on map view. Could you give me a specific example of an event whose venue doesn’t show up?

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I tried to import events from your calendar and I could only import 2 events, the last one being on July 23rd.
I noticed you have an old version of PHP. Could you update PHP from 5.3.3 to 5.6.x or 7.x? (recently, we changed our minimum required PHP version to 5.6). I also noticed you don’t have the latest version of WordPress: could you update it to 4.9.7?
Doing those updates might solve this issue.
Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy

KeymasterHi Matt,
Normally, those two things are unrelated. In order to get the money symbol placed before the amount, be sure Currency symbol follows value is unchecked (in Events > Settings > General tab).
Could you confirm this option is unchecked?

KeymasterHi Jamie,
EA scheduled imports can be made more reliable and regular if a customer configures a cron job. However, if manual imports aren’t working at all, that likely won’t address the issue…
Because you can’t perform manual imports either, I wonder if the problem doesn’t come from your server or you PHP version. Do you have a staging website? If so, it would be interesting if you could try to duplicate your website with a more recent version of PHP.
Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,

KeymasterHi again Erik 😉
Like I said in the other thread, cleaning your transients might solve this problem.
If you can’t automatically update the plugins from your WordPress dashboard, you can always perform manual updates. Please read our documentation for more information about this.
I hope this helps,

KeymasterHi Erik,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Did you install your license on a staging website? If so, you might need to remove it: a personal license can’t be used on both a live site and a staging site, unless the staging site’s domain name is clearly a dev or staging site.
If that’s not the case, then you should try to use a Transient Manager plugin and clear your transients.
Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Charles,
It is a very strange problem, that I can’t reproduce for now…
Did your website use to work properly or has it always been like that? If the double venue is a new thing, could you remember when it happened for the first time? Was it after you updated The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO? Could you remember which version?
Also, please note that it’s always possible to roll back to a previous version.
Waiting for your reply,
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Emma,
I’m so glad your website is working now!
It’s normal that you didn’t see any specific point or space relating to the Events Calendar plugin in the permalinks settings. The Events URL slug and the Single event URL slug can be changed in Events > Settings, but it seems you have already done that as your Events URL slug is “workshops” instead of “events”.
I’m going to close this thread, but feel free to start a new one if you have any further concerns 🙂
Have a great day,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Elton,
Ok, then could you add the following CSS snippet, either in your Child Theme’s style.css file or in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.tribe-events-single .tribe-events-single a { display: none; }Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Elton,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I don’t see the “<< View Event” text you are referring to. Or did you mean the “« All Events” text? If that’s the case, it seems you found a way to hide it via css as it has font-size: 0.
Waiting for your reply,
Have a nice day,
