ParticipantWe are entering the venue information but it is not showing on the listing

It shows up on the admin settings. There are two boxes for venues.

It’s weird that you see two boxes for venues… There might be a conflict somewhere. Did you deactivate all other plugins? Did that make a difference? And if you switch back to the default theme Twenty Seventeen, do you still have the same problem?

Yes, I did both and no change. Only the defaults (city, state, country) are
showing up on. It’s not on every event just about half. I am not sure what

Maybe it’s a cache problem. Could you clean all your cache, including your server cache and your transients (you might use a transient cleaner such as this one)?
The events which don’t work, were they created manually or imported? If imported, did they come from a csv file, from Eventbrite, or another service?
Also, are those events recurring events or not?

ParticipantOk, cleared all cache and used the plugin and the issue still exists.
There is no pattern at all to why some work and some don’t. Some are imported and some are entered manually….some are recurring and some are not.
Others have had this issue as well but no solution posted:

Well that’s weird indeed… And the thing is that I can’t recreate this issue on my side.
It might not solve your problem, but could you update WordPress code from 4.9.6 to 4.9.7?
Also, could you head over to Events → Settings→ General and look for the Duplicate Venue cleanup button (if any —it only appears when duplicates are indeed detected) ?
And could you please post a screenshot of the WordPress Settings → General page?

ParticipantI did the as you suggested and no change. Screen shot of settings attached. Again it appears that others have had the same issue in the past. I wonder what their resolution was…..

It is a very strange problem, that I can’t reproduce for now…
Did your website use to work properly or has it always been like that? If the double venue is a new thing, could you remember when it happened for the first time? Was it after you updated The Events Calendar/Events Calendar PRO? Could you remember which version?
Also, please note that it’s always possible to roll back to a previous version.
