ParticipantRecently purchased both Events Calendar and Tickets Pro – the calendar isn’t showing on the events page – instead I receive this message below (also a screen shot). The same scenario happens if I click on the sample, single event page I created under the ‘event’ slug. Thank you for assistance, hopefully an easy fix. (Please note I am using the ‘Sydney Pro’ theme which also uses ‘Elementor’ drag & drop plugin for designing pages.

KeymasterHi bar817,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Did you use the [tribe_events] shortcode to display your events? Or are you talking about the default events page?
Also, does your events page display properly when you deactivate the Elementor plugin? And what happens if you switch back to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) — can you see your calendar?
Waiting for your reply,
Cheers,

ParticipantHi Jeremy,
Thank you for prompt reply. I tried deactivating the Elementor plugin and the same issue persisted. I then reverted back to the default theme (twenty seventeen) as suggested, and the calendar showed up. I then went back to the Sydney Pro theme and it doesn’t work – so looks like a theme issue? Please advise.

KeymasterHi Doug,
Indeed, it sounds like the problem comes from your theme. Could you send me your theme in a zip file so that I could have a look?
Thanks in advance,
