KeymasterTickets are essentially WooCommerce simple products, but by default, they are not included in the WooCommerce shop and are not sold from the traditional WooCommerce product page. Using the plugin out of the box, you would need to create tickets and display them on another post type. I would recommend taking a look at this article so that you can see how this works.
However, you can do some customizations to change this. We have some instructions here on selling from the product page instead of from our ticket form on another post.
Let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterNo problem, I’m glad that you were able to find the source of the issue! If there is anything else that I can help with, please let me know.

KeymasterHi Sammi,
There are a few different ways that you can add the CSS, but since you haven’t worked too much with it before, I would recommend using a plugin. If you install and activate Simple Custom CSS, you can go to Appearance > Custom CSS and paste in the code I sent you before.
I hope this helps!

KeymasterWe do have a demo site where you can see our plugins in action from the front end, but we do not have any type of demo set up where you can access the back end.
Our refund policy lets you get a 100% refund within the 30 day window for any reason, so if you do need to test out the backend, this is your best bet. Our knowledgebase is also a great way to review some of the features and settings without having to enter a credit card 🙂

KeymasterHi Jacob,
Thanks for running through the testing and letting us know about this! I will test this out on my end and log it for our developers to take a look at if needed, but I’m glad that you were able to get this working with the shortcode.
If there is anything else that I can help with, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks for clarifying! If you don’t have a testing site already, I would recommend the free WP Staging plugin, which will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. This way, you won’t have to break anything on your live site 🙂

KeymasterHi Joakim!
You can find the submission form whenever you are logged in from the Events section of the admin bar at the top of the screen (see screenshot). This article has some additional information on accessing and linking to Community Events pages. Let me know if this gets you what you need!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks for reaching out!
You are correct that there is not an option to print the orders list by default, but you can export the attendees list to a CSV and sort the attendees by order number. Will this get you what you are looking for?
Unfortunately, there is not currently a way out-of-the-box to sort by ticket type. You could potentially do a customization add this functionality – our themer’s guide is the place to start if you would like to give this a shot! We also have a list of recommended developers that you could contact if you would like to get help with the code.
If this is a feature that you would like to see added in the future, please do let us know over in our Feature Ideas Forum! This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.
First, I see that you’re running an older version of Events Calendar Pro (4.4.23) – can you try updating to the latest version of Events Calendar Pro (4.4.24.2)? If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section of your Dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions. After updating, try clearing out any caching (browser and server) and see if that makes a difference.
If not, can you please send me a link to the page where you’re using the shortcode so that I can take a look?
Thanks,
Jennifer
