ParticipantHello,
I have purchased and activated The Events Calendar Pro, and while I see options for the pro features, the upgraded styling does not seem to by applying to the Events List Widget (see screenshot of site vs advertised sample).
Any ideas?
Thank you for your time,

KeymasterHi Jacob,
Thanks for reaching out!
First, can you try clearing out any caching that you might be doing within your site (such as on your server or via a plugin)? Try clearing out your browser cache as well.
If you’re still not seeing the updated styles, can you try running through these steps to see if you can find any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or another plugin on your site? Please share your system info with me as well.
I’d also recommend taking a look at this article, which has some more details on how the List Widget works.
Please let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantHello Jennifer,
After running some tests based on your recommendations, it looks like there is some sort of conflict with Visual Composer. I am not sure if you are familiar with the plugin, but it essentially adds a robust WYSIWIG system to WordPress. It looks like the widget style does not work when added directly through Visual Composer, however it does if added via shortcode. May be a good detail to note in case anyone encounters this issue in the future 🙂
Thank you for your help, have a great day!
Best,
Jacob

KeymasterHi Jacob,
Thanks for running through the testing and letting us know about this! I will test this out on my end and log it for our developers to take a look at if needed, but I’m glad that you were able to get this working with the shortcode.
If there is anything else that I can help with, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
