KeymasterHi Jane,
Thanks for clarifying! You are certainly not bugging us…we do try to help out with things like this when we can, and we are always here to answer questions 🙂
Try doing a template override of the additional-fields.php file found at wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/modules/meta. For your copy, use this template. You’ll need to replace “your url field” on line 21 with the name of your field (it looks like this will be “Online booking” in your case). If you want to add some additional styling, you can add your own CSS class to the “< a >” tag on line 23.
Let me know if you have any questions!

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! There is not a way to do this out-of-the-box, but you might try out this free extension which adds attendee info to the WooCommerce order details. Let me know if this works for you and if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks for sharing your system info! We actually just released a new version of that extension with several updates – you can download the current version here. Once you delete the old version from your site, you can upload this one and see if it’s working. If not, then the next step would be to run through the instructions here to check for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or another plugin. If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know what you find!

KeymasterNo problem! If there is anything else that I can help with, please let me know.

KeymasterI’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you on this, but we are not able to support customizations. If you’d like to have the code done for you, we do have a list of recommended developers that you could contact. Please let me know if you have any other questions regarding using the features of any of our plugins – I’ll be happy to help you out with them the best that I can 🙂

KeymasterHi Neil,
I’m sorry that you’ve been running into so many issues. If there is anything outstanding that you haven’t yet created a support thread for, I would definitely encourage you to do so. We’ll be happy to help you out with it!
Regarding the Facebook issue, we understand your frustration here and are actively working on ways to get things back up and running, but this of course depends on what happens with the Facebook API itself. We are posting updates here as we get them.
Please feel free to reach out to us anytime – we want to make sure that things are running as smoothly as possible for you and address any bugs that do crop up.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks for clarifying and sending the screenshots! I took a look at one of your event listings, and it looks like you’re adding the button HTML directly into the event description, which is not included in the list widget. If you had the button in there before, I’m not sure how it would have been done…
Event Tickets Plus lets you sell tickets directly on your site via an integration with WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads, so if want to continue selling tickets through Vendini, you would not want to use Event Tickets Plus for ticketing buttons. Still, they would not be included in the list widget.
What you could do is use the additional fields from Pro to add the link (without any HTML) to the event, which will save it as meta data on the event – this will allow you to access it easily in a template override for the list widget. You could pull in the field and wrap it with the HTML directly in your copy of the template. If you want the button to appear at the top of the single event page as you have it now, you would also need to customize the single event template to add it in there.
If you’d like to give the override a shot, you’ll find the template in wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/widgets/list-widget.php.
I hope this helps clear things up, and please let me know if you have any questions!

KeymasterHi Mark,
Unfortunately this would also require a customization that would be a bit more involved than just editing the template files. If this is a feature that you would like to see added in the future, please do let us know over in our Feature Ideas Forum! This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jane,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m not sure what went wrong with your initial thread, but I’m so sorry that you didn’t hear back! This change could be made with a customization, but just to make sure I understand what you’re looking for here, do you want the same text to display for the ticket links on every event (for Example “Buy tickets”), or would you need to enter the text that you want to display for this field on each event?
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but I’ll be happy to at least point you in the right direction on this 🙂
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Mark,
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately we do not currently have shortcodes that break up the events views this way. Sorry for the bad news there! This article has some more details on how the tribe_events shortcode works. You can however customize the templates for the views if you would like to rearrange things. Our themer’s guide is the place to start if you would like to give this a shot!
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!

KeymasterHello,
I see an Events Calendar Pro license on your account…did you mean that you intended to purchase an Event Tickets Plus license? If so, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to switch them out for you 🙂
Thanks,

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
It sounds like you have a custom field that you’re using to enter the ticket link, and you want to add this to your main calendar views?
If so, then you can do this with a template override – our themer’s guide has some instructions on this.
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction! If I’ve misunderstood what you’re looking for, please let me know that as well 🙂
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi James,
Thanks for reaching out!
Images are not shown in the list widget by default, but you could add it via a customization – our themer’s guide is the place to start if you’d like to give this a shot! You might also take a look at photo view, which comes with Events Calendar Pro. You can display this anywhere on your site using shortcodes.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Events Calendar Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Micah,
Thanks for reaching out!
There isn’t an out-of-the-box way to do this, but you could do it via a customization. Our themer’s guide is the place to start if you’d like to give it a shot! You’ll find the templates for single events at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/single-event.php and for list view at views/list.
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer
