KeymasterHi Jann,
I apologize for the delay here! It looks like my previous reply didn’t come through for some reason, so sorry about that!
I tested this out on my end, and I am not seeing past events or “?tribe-bar-date=undefined” appended to the end as you described; clicking “List” from the menu should take you to “yoursite.com/events/list”, which is what I am seeing locally (you can see how this should work here on our demo site). In order to figure out where this is coming from, can you run through these steps to test for any conflicts with your theme and other plugins. Please make sure to have WP_DEBUG enabled while testing and copy/paste any errors that you see into your reply. If you don’t have a testing site, the free Duplicator or WP Staging plugins can help you get one set up. Before testing, please make sure that you are running the current versions of The Events Calendar (4.6.24) and Events Calendar Pro (4.4.33)
Please let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Marcel,
I would recommend using the “tribe-this-week-widget-day-“-X class (see screenshot) to hide a specific day. Two things to note – 1) The shortcode is a feature of Events Calendar Pro, so if you have not already purchased this, you will need to do so to take advantage of that shortcode; 2) We are not able to provide technical support here in the Pre-Sales forum (I missed that you had posted this in the Pre-Sales forum when I replied originally) – if you need further help with this, please sign in with the account you used to purchase Events Calendar Pro. As I mentioned previously, customizations are outside the scope of support that we provide for our premium license holders, but we do try to point users in the right direction when we can 🙂

KeymasterHi Luke,
This is the expected functionality at the moment (although we do have an internal ticket open to consider changing this functionality). The reason for this is that since the shared capacity applies to all tickets on the event, some users might not want this to automatically increase when the attendee for one ticket is deleted. For now, you will need to adjust the shared capacity manually.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better solution for you at the moment, but I hope this helps clear things up! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks for sending that link! I tested this out on my end, and I am getting events until next August (see screenshot). Are you seeing these in the preview but not in the events that are actually imported? If you’re not seeing them in the preview at all, can you please send me the link to the actual Google calendar along with a link to an example event on the calendar that isn’t being included in the import?
Jennifer
KeymasterNo problem! I’ll go ahead and close this out, but feel free to open up a new thread if you run into any other issues.

KeymasterHello Luke,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you out. When you delete an attendee, the stock for that attendee’s ticket should increase by 1, but the “Total Tickets Issued” number will not change, as the ticket was still issued even though it was later deleted. Can you take a look at the WooCommerce product for this ticket and see if the stock was increased there? You can access this by going to the ticket edit section on your event, editing the ticket, expanding the “Advanced” section, and clicking the “Edit ticket in WooCommerce” link.
I do want to note that if you are using shared capacity for this ticket, that stock (the overall ticket stock for that event) will not be updated automatically when you delete an attendee. Only the individual ticket stock will be updated.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Marcel,
Are you trying to hide an individual weekday? Or do you want to only display the weekends? There isn’t an out-of-the-box way to do this, but you could use CSS or do a template override to hide certain days.
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know exactly which days you would like to hide – I’ll be happy to try to point you in the right direction!

KeymasterHi Theo,
You are correct that that guide is not for the additional fields that come with Events Calendar Pro – you would need to do some tweaking to use it with the fields. I sent it to give you a starting point if you do decide to go with Events Calendar Pro, but we are not able to provide technical support here in the Pre-Sales forum. Custom coding like this is also outside the scope of support that we provide for premium license holders, but we do try to provide recommendations for our license holders over in our Events Calendar Pro forum to help out when we can 🙂
If you have any other questions, please let me know!

KeymasterHi Atul,
I apologize for the delay here! Our forums have been busier than usual this past week.
I’m glad you’ve already come across our themer’s guide and the email.php file, which is the one that you’ll need to copy and edit to make these changes. First, I do need to note that customizations like this are outside the scope of support that we are able to provide here in the forums, but I will be happy to point you in the right direction.
You can use the additional fields to enter info for each event and then add that info to the ticket – this post has an example that you can use as a starting point.
Regarding changing the colors, you would need to add some CSS or change the CSS that you see in the head section of your copy of the email.php file. If you have trouble finding the correct CSS, please let me know what colors you are looking to change.
To omit certain fields from the email, you will need to delete them from your copy. Again, if you get stuck trying to find the correct code to delete, please let me know which fields you would like to remove, and I’ll be happy to point you to it 🙂
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry things aren’t working out for you! I went ahead and processed the refund. If there is anything else that I can help with, please let me know.
Thank you,

KeymasterHi Steve,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
There isn’t an out-of-the-box way to limit certain events to only certain users/user roles, but you could get this set up by using categories (which do allow you to create separate calendars – shortcodes can also be helpful here) and a bit of customization – this article can help you get started.
Users can subscribe via RSS, but there isn’t currently any built-in functionality to automatically send emails to users when new events are posted. However, you might be able to get this set up using a third-party plugin. I did a quick search and found Email Subscribers & Newsletters and WP Subscribe, but you would need to test these to make sure you can get them working the way that you need.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Events Calendar Pro or any of our other premium plugins for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Sarah,
I’m sorry for the delay here! Please note for future reference that we typically do not have support available over the weekends.
I ran the URL you sent through the Facebook Debugger, and the image was showing up for me (see screenshot). Are you seeing the same thing now? Due to the way that Facebook scrapes and caches metadata from the URLs you share, the image will not be generated the first time the link is shared. Once you throw it in the Facebook Debugger, the image will be cached and appear the next time the link is shared. I see that you are using Yoast, which can help ensure that the metadata displayed is in the best form possible to avoid issues with how links are previewed (see this article for more info – the “Some undocumented Facebook ‘features’” section might be particularly helpful).
Otherwise, there unfortunately isn’t anything we can do on our end to change the way that the Facebook link preview displays. I hope this helps, but if you still have any questions, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for checking out Events Calendar Pro! You could indeed use the additional fields to add a link to a PDF. You might also look at turning that link into a button (you could use this guide on making the website URL a button as a starting point) to help it stand out further.
If you’re selling tickets to this event and would like to include this link in the ticket email as well, you might also take a look at this post as a starting point for that customization.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Events Calendar Pro or any of our premium plugins for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer
