    Hi Jeff!

I will be happy to try to point you in the right direction. Just to clarify what you are looking for here, are you able to import any attendees, or just the orders? Are you also looking to import custom fields for attendees? If so, this will likely be on the tricky side, as these are a feature of Event Tickets Plus, not WooCommerce. So, this will probably take some custom coding to make this happen.

I am not familiar with this particular plugin, but if you can send me a link to it via a Dropbox link (in a private reply), I can take a look and see if there is anything I can recommend!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi there!

We don’t have a shortcode for the ticket form, but you can move the form on the page under Events > Settings > Tickets. This article has some more info on how this works.

Can you give this a try and let me know if it gets you what you need?

    Thanks,

    Hi Shauna,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I took a look at your main events page and am seeing this error in the console:

Google Maps JavaScript API error: RefererNotAllowedMapError

You can read more about this error here, but it means that the current URL loading the Google Maps JavaScript API has not been added to the list of allowed referrers. Can you check the referrer settings of your API key and see if that fixes things?

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

I’m sorry for the delay, but please note that support is typically only available during weekdays.

This is unfortunately a known issue, but we are working on getting it resolved! I’ve linked this thread to our internal ticket for this, so as soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! I would recommend adjusting the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display. These affect how much events pages inherit their styling from the theme. Can you give this a try and let me know if it works for you?

If not, then you may need to add some CSS to get things integrated stylistically. We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations like this, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to try to point you in the right direction!

    Thanks,

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Can you give the code in this article a try and let me know if this works for you? This will let you change the title for multiple events views, including list view.

    Hi Jim,

    Thanks for reaching out!

While tickets typically do work pretty well with third-party WooCommerce extensions like this, the default ticket form is generated by our plugin (not WooCommerce), and so it will not integrate with extensions like this automatically. You would need to either do the integration yourself (our themer’s guide is the place to start if you would like to go this route), or you could alternatively use the full WooCommerce product page to sell tickets (see this article).

    Hi Antonio,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

For early bird access, you could create different tickets on an event with different start and end sale dates (have the early bird ticket end as the regular ticket opens), or you could go in and manually change the price after the early bird period.

There is not a built-in group discount feature, but you might take a look at some of these WooCommerce extensions. As tickets are essentially WooCommerce simple products (if you choose to use WooCommerce as your ecommerce platform, they typically work pretty well with extensions like this.

Event Tickets will let you sell tickets on your site directly through PayPal. If you go with Event Tickets Plus, you will be able to sell tickets using either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Each of these has its own payment processing platforms that it works with.

There is not currently a true wait list feature, but what you could do is create a separate ticket that users could register for to sign up for the waitlist.

Discounts and coupons are not built-in, but you can use WooCommerce coupons with tickets.

Users can purchase tickets for multiple people at once. Event Tickets Plus comes with the ability to add custom fields to tickets so that you can collect additional information for each attendee.

When a user registers for a course, they will receive an email with their tickets. If you are using WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads, then they will also receive a confirmation email for their order. It is not possible to send reminder emails through the plugin, but you can export the attendees and import the email addresses into another platform to send attendees additional emails.

You can add multiple ticket types to one course to account for different options/variations. If you have several options or need more complex levels of variations, then you might again want to take a look at some third-party extensions.

There is not a page that attendees have access to after registering, but you could create one or customize the ticket email to include things like links to PDFs for students.

We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out!

First, I see that you are running older versions of Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus. Can you try updating to the current versions to see if that makes a difference?

Some options that you have seen might be coming from The Events Calendar, our (free) core events plugin. Can you install and activate that and see if that gets you the options that you’re looking for?

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for checking out our plugins!

Aside from creating individual tickets for each option, Event Tickets Plus will let you create custom fields on tickets that you can use to collect this information from each attendee, but their choices will not affect the pricing.

However, Event Tickets Plus does integrate with either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads, so you could potentially use some third-party extensions to get this set up. I would recommend taking a look at some of these (for WooCommerce) or these (for Easy Digital Downloads).

These extensions will not work automatically with the default ticket form, but you can use the default product page to sell tickets instead. We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out!

This is still something that we are planning to add, but unfortunately I don’t have a timeline that I can give you as to when this might be released. What I would recommend in the meantime is using a plugin like WooCommerce Memberships or Paid Memberships Pro to charge users for membership to your site, and then make sure that you have the plugin set to require users to be logged in to submit events.

I’m sorry that I don’t have a better answer for you at the moment, but I hope this helps! We will update the feature request page as soon as we have more news on a release date. If you have voted on that request, then you should be notified automatically.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

    Hello,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you get it figured out!

Can you please send me the link that you’re using to import from so that I can test it out? I would also recommend taking a look at this article to make sure that everything is configured correctly regarding timezones…this is a common cause of time discrepancies when importing events.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! I’ll be happy to help you with this.

I took a look at your screenshot (for the month of July), but I do see one event there; I also looked at your site, and I am seeing a total of three events for July (which is consistent with list view – this is what I am seeing for July). Were you able to get this resolved? If not, are there specific events that are missing?

    Thanks,

    Jennifer
