KeymasterHi Sarah,
Thanks for reaching out! Try adding the following (this is how it will look):
.tribe-events-list .type-tribe_events {
margin-bottom: 1rem;
}
.tribe-events-list .type-tribe_events:not(:first-of-type) {
border-top: 1px solid #e5e5e5;
}We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to try to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Nancy,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
In order to use the shortcodes, you would need to purchase Pro. It does not have any special integration with Divi, but you can use the shortcodes to add the events views into pages.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Pro for a test run to make sure that this will work the way that you need, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Kent,
Thanks for reaching out!
You can use the additional fields to create an email field, which will appear on the front end submission form. To make the field required, you would need to do a little bit of customizing. We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but I would recommend taking a look at this article as a starting point. Please let me know if you have any questions!

KeymasterThanks for sending those links.
Can you verify that you followed these steps for recurring events when you created them? You’ll also want to flush your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking “save”.
If that doesn’t resolve this, please let me know! As I mentioned before, we unfortunately cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with WPML, but I will be happy to check with the team and see if there is anything else that we can recommend!
Jennifer
KeymasterAwesome! I’m glad that worked! Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help with.

KeymasterHello,
You can indeed post this as a feature request! I don’t see any existing snippets to sort by the time (without the date). If you’d prefer not to tackle this customization on your own, we may be able to assist you further. What I can do is flag this with the team and – although we can’t make any promises – if we have time and space to come back and help, we’ll be happy to do so. Please let us know if you’d like to go this route so that you can be added to this queue.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
If you have purchased Event Tickets Plus, then you can login with the account that you used to purchase it, which will allow you to post in that forum. If you need help accessing this account, then you can submit the form on our Contact page by selecting “Help accessing my account”.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks for sending the screenshot and shortcodes! I did some testing on my end, but they are displaying correctly for me…can you check to see if they are working for you in a default environment (all other plugins besides The Events Calendar, Events Calendar Pro, and the List Venues/Organizers extension are disabled and the Twenty Seventeen theme is enabled)? If so, then you’ll want to enable each of your plugins and your theme one at a time to see when the issue reappears.

KeymasterHi Ron,
On the English event, I am seeing the menus in English when I click the “View all” link – were you able to get this resolved as well?
For the Portuguese event, clicking “Ver todos” takes me to the main events calendar in Portuguese. Are you seeing something else on your end? If so, can you please send me a screenshot of the page along with the URL (the incorrect URL) that the link is taking you to?
Thanks,
Jennifer
Jennifer
KeymasterHello,
Just to clarify…
“When I select one event to check the start and end times, it shows the wrong timezone (UTC) so somehow some setting has it set to the UTC timezone.”
Which events are showing the wrong timezone? The events on your calendar or in the source?
I would also recommend taking a look at this article, as timezone settings can sometimes be a bit tricky.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterUnfortunately I don’t have an update that I can give you yet, but we will let you know here as soon as we do. I’m sorry for the inconvenience that this is causing!
For future reference, you can report a similar issue by clicking “report the same issue and get support.” (see screenshot) on an existing thread. This will open up a new thread for you, which will allow you to share your system info with us and post private replies (you will not be able to see private replies from us on other users’ threads).
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks for the updates!
First, just to clarify, the search for venues on the backend is not quite as robust as the search on the front…you will need to search by the venue name, not the city. Opening the search box should show you some options without having to search. If venues and organizers have been saved and are showing up on the front end, then they certainly should be showing on the backend!
I know you tried disabling your theme and other plugins previously and were still seeing this issue, but can you try again with the Twenty Seventeen theme enabled and all other plugins disabled besides The Events Calendar (at the same time) to see if you’re still getting that error?
Jennifer
KeymasterHi Pien,
I’m glad to hear that they were able to get this working the way you need. If there is anything else that we can help with, please let us know!
Thanks,
Jennifer
