KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately due to recent changes in the Facebook API, the Event Aggregator is entirely blocked from importing from Facebook until our application with them is approved.
Just to clarify here, are you using the “Facebook” option or the “iCalendar” option when you’re able to import? Can you please send me the full link that you’re using so that I can test it out on my end?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterI’m glad to hear that you were able to get some of the translation issues resolved!
For the organizer page, can you try switching to a default environment (all plugins besides The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro disabled and the Twenty Seventeen theme enabled) and see if the events are still not showing up on her page?
Can you please share your full system info with me?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
You actually need The Events Calendar (which has Event Aggregator built-in) to sync with Eventbrite, so no need to remove anything! Can you make sure that you’re running the current version of The Events Calendar (4.6.19) and share your full system info with me? I would also recommend taking a look at this article to make sure that everything has been configured correctly.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Piotr,
So glad to hear that worked! Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help with.

KeymasterThanks for sending that link!
I tested it out on my end, but these events appear to be coming in with the correct time (I took a look at the ics file, and the time on the imported events matches the time in the file). Can you also verify that the events in the calendar that you’re importing from have the correct time zone?
Can you try running the import again in a default environment (all other plugins besides The Events Calendar disabled and the Twenty Seventeen theme enabled) and see if the time imports correctly? You’ll want to make sure that you have either “Import events but preserve local changes to event fields.” or “Overwrite my event with any changes from the original source.” selected under Events > Settings > Imports > Event Update Authority.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks for sending that screenshot and clarifying what the issue is here!
Can you verify that you have the correct timezone set under Settings > General > Timezone and try adjusting the End of day cutoff setting under Events > Settings? Please let me know if this gets rid of those duplicates!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Mark,
I’m sorry that didn’t work. It’s possible that your server is configured to block access to remote services such as our key server. If you have a security plugin enabled in your site (like Wordfence or Sucuri Security), please disable them and try to add your license again. Is this message showing for both licenses or just one?
I took a look at one of your events, but I was not able to add tickets to the cart without filling in the fields – are you seeing the information in the fields in the attendee export?
Can you please share your full system info with me?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks for all of the great advice here Mathew!
Pien, if you are not able to get those sections removed with the template override, you can also hide them with CSS by setting them to “display: none”. If you would like to go this route and get stuck, please send me a link to the page, and I’ll try to point you in the right direction 🙂
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you out.
As a first step, can you make sure that you are running the current versions of WordPress (4.9.6), The Events Calendar (4.6.19), Events Calendar Pro (4.4.28). Can you also share your system info with me?
Are you seeing this behavior in a default environment (all other plugins besides The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro disabled and the Twenty Seventeen theme enabled)? If so, can you try deleting both plugins and reinstalling? You can grab the current versions from your Downloads page of your account, and it is always a good idea to make a full backup of your site beforehand.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.
I did some testing, but so far I haven’t been able to recreate this on my end. Can you take a look under Events > Settings > Tickets and verify that the “Require users to log in before they purchase tickets” setting is unchecked?
With this option unchecked, are you still being required to login to add tickets to the cart in Firefox on your desktop and on mobile phones with Safari and Chrome?

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you out.
Can you please send me a screenshot of your recurrence settings for this event? Just to clarify, this event should only be showing on Sunday, June 24th, is that correct?
Is this happening with all recurring events, or just this one? If you delete the event and recreate it, are you seeing the same thing?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Ron,
Thanks for reaching out!
Regarding the title not appearing, can you try adjusting the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display? These affect how much events pages inherit their styling from the theme.
Some of our plugins have <i>some</i> support for WPML, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility out of the box. You can read more about what support currently exists here, and I would also recommend taking a look at this article, which has some tips on setting up The Events Calendar with WPML. We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for integrations with third-party plugins, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to try to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer
